tonyl33ParticipantAs of today’s NBA STARS, I’ll have to give my hats off to the MD/DC area. Melo and Durant should be more than enough to take the victory but we can also throw in Beasley.
Then again FL has created players like, Howard, VC, and Tmac so it’s hard call. When Vince and Tmac were in their prime, they were unstoppable.

Cusemen727ParticipantMelo, Durant, Donte Greene, Beasley, Rudy Gay, Jeff Green, Roy Hibbert, Ty Lawson, now im not saying that states like cali and new york havent produced more nba talent, but when a state like maryland which has close to 5 times less population then those states i dont think you can beat the talent maryland has produced.
SYRACUSE ORANGE 09-10 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!!!

quinceyhodgesas far as all time its not even close because cali has produced 300 plus nba players
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 9:43am #254535
tonyl33ParticipantMD has produce some great players but the only ones we can really consider at this point in thier game is Melo, Durant.

quinceyhodgesyoure welcome to youre opinion but i do consider other good players like beasley, green, hibbert, gay etc. as far as great no one can be considered yet untill they are at the end of there career or close to it

quinceyhodgeswait i thought sean may was indiana?
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 10:45am #254587

DanEboyParticipantSean May was born in Chicago but he did play High School in Indiana…my bad.
Livingston is on the list and he is in the NBA…Thunder
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 10:46am #254583

IndianaBasketballParticipantSean May is from Bloomington Indiana, not Bloomington Illinois.
That Illinois list is sick though… He isn’t on a NBA team currently, but throw Shaun Livingston on there. He’s from Peoria.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 10:47am #254588

IndianaBasketballParticipantYea… He was born in Chi Town, but they’ve always lived in Bloomington, Indiana.
Livingston got released by the Thunder a month or so ago I thought?

whyyouhatingParticipantChris Andersen
Tony Battie
Jeff Foster
Desmond MasonNo way your state blows out Texas , plus most teams have more than five player on them.
D Williams and TJ Ford as the 1’s
Stephen Jackson and Boobie as our 2’s
Rashard Lewis and Anthony Randolph as our 3’s
Chris Bosh and LaMarcus Aldridge at the 4’s
Emeka and Kendrick Perkins as the 5’s
I can’t say we will beat ever state but we will not be blown out. We will come in the top 5
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 2:04pm #254728
quinceyhodgesthere wer other i would have added to my bench like delonte west
keith bogans
joey dorsey
etcbut yeah that texas squad would give us some trouble
randoplh has shown hes very ineffective as a 3. plus this is one game. dont need a deep bench for one game
my three of melo gay and durant wins the game though… youre top three just cant compete with that
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 2:06pm #254729
quinceyhodgeshell forget top 5 with that team i have ya’ll coming in at second. but thats excpected look how big texas is. much higher chance to have better players. that state is like haveing nyc/maryland/indiana into one
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 2:24pm #254736

DanEboyParticipantI will take my Chicago area squad of
Rose
Wade
Iggy
Marion
MaggetteNo center though…Eddy Curry I guess. I could make a claim for KG because he played at Farragut and got drafted out of Chicago but he grew up in South Carolina.
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 2:32pm #254745
quinceyhodgesmaybe that would be a distant third.. down low is what would kill ya’ll though. that team would be idal for us to play thoyugh because then we would replace hibbert with beasley and put melo at the four
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 2:53pm #254755

thaprodigyParticipantMississippi has Monta Ellis, Al Jefferson, Travis Outlaw, and Mo Williams
0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/10/2010 - 3:18pm #254770
quinceyhodgespretty good players. i dont think they could handle our team or texas team. i think they can give the chi team a run for there money maybe
