I was talking to my friends who are huge DWade and Bron fans fan the other day and he was telling me how hes kinda not happy that lebron came to the heat. They wanted Lebron and wade to win on their own not 2 come 2gether and do it. I remember Bron saying thanks 2 all his true fans out there and that his true fans will understand his move but i dont think many people will. Im a big kobe fan myself and i would def not want 2 seee kobe go and play with wade or bron becuz they are all compared as being the best in the game. The rivalries woulda been great 2 watch in the east if bron had gone 2 new york or even stayed in cleveland. i mean i could see bron and amare vs wade and bosh for years! U want 2 see the best compete against each other not together. so i guess my question is for all u true fans out there would u rather see ur fav player do it with HIS franchise or go team up with the guy who is supposed to be his equal in the game and win?

As a Kobe fan, I was happy when he was winning rings with shaq but happier when he was the guy on the team. Even when he flirted with the bulls, with their roster he would still been the guy. So no I would not like kobe to team up with another super star to win., maybe another all star but not a super star. I wonder if the reason people are upset with lebron is because he said he could not do it be himself, and a super star should or would never say that.

Hmmm…I am a lebron fan, and was mad when he left, but(since i am a true fan) now I see why he made the move…Obviously if he would have won in Cle, which he could have because he is that good, he would have been the savior and proven to be the “chosen one” and cemented his legacy as probably the best ever. But leBron is selfless so he didn’t care if he was going to play on “Wade’s team” or that he was sacrificiing money and stats, all he thought was im going to play with two of my closest friends and win championships..what could be better than that? I think all the frustrations of Cleveland forced him to leave, but there will always be that what if.

as a long time VC fun, I really had high hopes for him when he came to Orlando last summer, I thought they can atleast get back to the finals, but the celtics surprised everyone.
to answer your question IknoBall12, I don’t really mind my fav player team up with another player in the same caliber, I really wished T-mac could have stayed in TOR, him and VC become the new Pippen and Jordan (not saying they will be as good), and win multiple championships. Sometimes your fav player might not be a Kobe or a LeBron, so you cant expect them to carry a team like some of the elite players do.

I think he meant true fans of the person Lebron versus the player. If you like someone for who they are then you want them to do what is best for them and for them to be happy.

Sports fans can be with you one minute and hate you the next but people who are fans of who you are know you and accept you no matter what maybe with some limits but not much.

Are y’all being honest with you’re selfs? truthfully? im a laker fan and im happy that kobe is doing it as the number one super star but dont think for a minute that i would be mad or that im not a true fan if lebron or wade came to the lakers. it might not make me a true fan of competition but i know i wouldnt be like “nooooooo” if the lakers got wade, bron, durant, melo just like im sure most Cleveland fans wouldn’t have been mad if lebron stayed and dwade came to the cavs or kobe. im a fan of my team first and as a fan of my team id want us to have the best chance to win titles and having wade, bron would give my team the best chance
