Derrick Rose is being accused of gang rape!!!!!

TMZ is reporting Derrick Rose ex-girlfriend is filing a civil suit towards Derrick Rose for raping her with his 2 friends back in 2013. It’s been reported that she was at his Beverley Hills mansion and he roofied her drink and tried to rape her, She say’s that she escapes his house and her and her friend went back to her apartment. She claims that Derrick Rose and his crew followed her to said apartment, broke in and gang raped her. She say’s that she only have flashes of what happened.
This story sounds really fishy to me because that she’s filing for a civil suit instead of going to the police and going for a criminal investigation. Second, how did she actually make it to her house when she been roofied, it would’ve knocked her completly out. And the logic behind it sounds pretty strange to me. Derrick Rose (who never got into any trouble in the NBA and is one of the most well respected athletes in the world) would literally follow a female to her apartment and rape her, Also, where was her friend was at during the rape?
I’m not saying that he’s innocent because if he did do it then he’s a complete scum, but this case doesn’t look like it will go far and it looks like a complete money grab. My prediction is that they have a settlement in court (doesn’t mean he guilty) to get it over quickly.

Apparently this happened 3 years ago and she waited to come forward all these years because “she was ashamed and embarrassed” her quote.. If he is Innocent of this, she should face jail time.. I’m tired of hearing about girls who are sexually promiscuous with star athletes who turn around and try to turn it into a paycheck.. Its funny how only star athletes are catching rape cases these days.

  It seems pretty odd and a good read of being accused of rape and getting sent to jail for it is the Brian Banks story.
  You look at the recent rape accusation to athletes and all seems pretty fishy. It’s either that the accusers don’t have any evidence at all, tell different stories about what happen, and that the media run away with the "you are guilty until you proven innocent".
  I’m not saying that all rape cases against athletes are fake, but it’s not hard to believe that a lot of rape allegations are fake due to how the media covers rape and how twitter opinions = fact.

    I can’t stop laughing at the naivity of some people.
    You guys clearly know nothing about women. Most of them, probably including your wives, are great ladies.
    But some are just crazy. We all know them in our own circles. They get reputations. Usually love a drink.
    And if an NBA player was getting mad booty on the side…that would hardly surprise ANY of us. Dude didn’t rape her. Probably bought her about 8 extra strength cocktails though lol.

If I told you a couple of years ago Bill Cosby had been drugging dozens of women to have sex with them you probably wouldn’t have believed that. But the truth is we don’t actually know these celebrities and athletes.
      I want to believe that Derrick Rose is that humble, quiet guy but I’ve never met him. So I’d rather stay neutral until the facts prove if she’s telling the truth or not.

      He is an Aussie. He only is following Utah because of Dante Exum. Us foreigners don’t exactly have a reason to support any particular team…. I suport Portland cause of Brandon Roy was my favourite. Before tat I was a Lakers fan. Nzers in general normally only support one of these three teams; Celtics, Lakers or Bulls. It is easy to go with the flow.

I wouldn’t discredit the women’s story just yet. It’s easy to say that she is completely lying and just looking to get paid. This happens in sports all the time unfortunately. Fame and money and the things that people can do or make-up, is really scary. Of course the whole thing happened with Jameis and people immediately called the girl a whore, felt sorry for Jameis and said she was just trying to get money. It’s really sad that these things happen in sports. Rich and famous athlete are targets of course, but they can also act like they can do anything and get away with it. Derrick Rose seems like the last person who would do something like that. Maybe we don’t know him as well as we thought we did. I don’t know. We can’t just discredit a rap accusation as saying the girl just wants money. It’s a very serious offense that needs to be looked into thoroughly.

I don’t like to question when a woman brings charges against someone, but this is just a weird way to go about it. Does she have ANY proof? Did she go to a hospital? Was there a rape kit? This was two years ago… And she’s not filing criminal, just civil. If she was drugged and forcefully raped by *several* of Rose’s friends (who are these friends?), why not go after these guys criminally? Throw in the fact that this is her third lawyer in this situation.
Idk… I guess we’ll find out more as more information is released.
