With Drummod reclassifying to 2011, I think he might be the #1 recruit. That makes Davis #2. What do you guys think. Drummond has size, freakish athleticism for a big man, a low post game, and can be a Dwight Howard/ Stat mix. What does everyone think?

Also, where does UCONN’s class recruiting class rank with the late additions of Deandre Daniels and Andre Drummond to go along with PG Ryan Boatright? I would have to say #4 behind Kentucky, Duke, and St. John’s. Maybe Texas is ahead of them but it is close.

I think UConn is second behind UK. Drummond is a HUGE talent!!! His presence along with a young but also experienced UConn team coming a national championship is a big get for the program. As for Drummonds impact now u have a big time 1-2 punch down low and probably the second best frontcourt in the nation behind UNC with Drummond and Orihaki. That to go with a big time prospect in Lamb on the perimeter, and also i really think Shabazz Napier will be very solid at his 1st year taking the reigns at PG. At this point whatever Deandre Daniels contributes is a big plus becuase i believe he is a guy that could contribute double figures right away if he had to. Think of all the space Lamb And Napier will have to operate with becuase of the double teams Drummond will attract down low. Overall i think this is a move that puts UConn right back in contention to possibly win another championship! I really believe combined with all the returning talent that Drummond is that good!

I would say that UConn is third now behind UNC and Kentucky with Ohio State being fourth. St. John’s isn’t that good.

As I see it right now.

    1.UNC

    2.Duke

    3.UCONN

    4.OSU

    5.UK

I’m not going to be the least bit surprised to see Drummond do for UCONN what Oden did with OSU a few years back.

When I was ranking teams I was ranking there recruiting classes, not overall team. The best teams are now probably:

    1. UNC

    2. UK (more talent in the recruiting class plus Terrence Jones coming back)

    3. UCONN

    4. Ohio State

    5. Duke

    6. Syracuse

    7. Florida

    8. Memphis

    9. Louisville

    10. Baylor
