I know its early and just the preseason..But IN CHICAGO’S WIN Oct 2 over INDIANA….TAJ GIBSON LOOKED GREAT..with 19 points-9 rebounds 5 offensive-1 block & 3 assists..Showed he has a post game..Something the bulls have lacked the past few years…IF he keeps it up..HE might be their starting power forward soon…WHILE JOHNSON showed his all around game..hitting 3 pointers, good balling handling for a big man and a deadly post game..Maybe their outstanding play will motivate the talented but inconsistent TYRUS THOMAS to play better..

He was once compared to Brandon Roy and Shane Battier before he had some ankle issues.

He’s healthy again, so maybe he can start reaching some of that potential. He looked good vs. Indiana the other night. I believe he averaged 17ppg and 5 rpg. in the D-league last season. I think he can help the Bulls this year, if VDN and the Bulls management decide to give him an honest and fair shot to make the team.
