valentineits not completely gone because we dont know how ant will fit with the cavs but i think this trade has lowered the chances of lebron leaving. another thing i didnt know is that cleveland can offer 30million more to lebron then any other team based on a 6 year contract

knicksfan7ParticipantLebron was never coming to the knicks. Too many knicks fans are delusional, the nicest thing Lebron can do for Knicks fans is visit the Knicks front office. For my knicks I hope they go after Joe Johnson.

quinceyhodgesi already figured that. but some knicks fans on here think its done deal reguardless of what happens. this could turn out to be a very very bad summer for the knicks if joe decides to stay lebron stays wade stays and amare goes to miami.

knicksfan7ParticipantOh yeah, though if Atlanta does not give Joe Johnson the money he wants and it’s a reasonable amount for the Knicks to do it they will. Joe Johnson is the reason Atlanta got good.

quinceyhodgesi keep reading that bosh will most likely stay with the raptors. he also said he doesnt want the raptors to make any trades because he likes how the team is. then there was the comment about he is as good as a number one option as anyone else and where ever he plays he feels he should be the number one option. unless he really hates the raptors and wants to screw them i dont see why he would tell them not to make any trades and that he likes how the team is if he was going to leave

NYK2010ParticipantAlmost 34 year old Jamison has about 2 more good years left.
Not sure this impacts the free agent summer greatly it definately has some effect.
This helps the Cavs offense and takes a lot of pressure off of Lebron.Knicks still have a good shot at Lebron it will help to see how their young guys play.
Especially with since Nate seems to be gone Douglas will get a lot more playing time.0 - Posted on: Wed, 02/17/2010 - 4:47pm #257308

powerguard97ParticipantI dont think Boozer wants to go anywhere. this reminds me of the 1999 free agent class of Tim Duncan, Grant Hill, Tracy McGrady. I think Boozer is comfortable with Utah and Derron Williams as his point guard. Bosh will stay if Toronto can get out of the first round.
I think this trade is going to help Lebron go to NY. Look Jamison is good but he is just way to soft to play that 4 position defensively. That is Clevelands weakness is the 4 they dont know who to put there. J.J. Hickson, Varejao, or even Lebron. If this trade doesnt get Cleveland a championship, the Knicks might as well have a jersey hanging up in his locker for him.
