It looks like new Huskies assistant coach Michael Porter Sr. will enroll his two sons, both top recruits, at Nathan Hale to play for Roy. Michael Porter Jr is a five-star recruit and a top prospect in the 2017 class.

I would love to see Brandon Roy coaching in the NBA in the future. Such a smart player who I wish I could have watched for much longer. He was the reason I became interested in the Blazers

He was one of my favorite players on the NBA. Such a sad story what happened to him. I’m excited to hear about what players he coaches and who they turnout to be.

in his 3rd or 4th year —- he was an Incredible basketball player
6’6” silky smooth yet explsive w/ length ——– going into the 2007 NBA Draft
w/ Roy & MaMarcus Aldridge already on the roster & the #1pick in hand
to use on Greg Oden, it looked like Portland was on the verge of a Super Team
Crazy how it worked out ——– Wish Brandon Roy all the best in coaching
He was such an intelligent player & 100% pure Class — When he retired b/c of injury so early
he comported himself with such Class & Dignity — it was amazing b/c the man had his Dreams ripped out from under him & he was able to put it in perspective at such a young age.
