valentinePacers- can replace George at sf and bring much needed offense
Lakers-been rumored to like him, and would be an upgrade over Wes joJohnson
Nets-dont have much at either sf or pf. Would be in a pressure-less playoff atmosphere team and a good third or 4 th option.
Can prob be had for 3-4m per year

d-grizzlyParticipantIt is disappointing that he never became what he was fully capable of. I remember when the Heat got the #2 pick and instantly thought a combo of him and wade would be so damn intense. Oh well.
Yeah, he definitely can help a team out. If he’s motivated to stay in the league, he’d prove it and I think he will as well. I think the Pacers would be his best bet.

CU.LIONSParticipantBeasely is one dimensional is quite lazy and never plays hard. Yet he can score and in the right situation I do agree that he can help some teams. He is running out of time and maybe he can finally put enough together to find his niche. A scorer for a team that needs some help in that dept. He can be had for cheap so someone should give him a chance.

tuck243ParticipantSuperstar his first year then he would’ve been a different player… Same with Bayless… Those two were never able to play thru mistakes and was forced to be role players their early years… Spo wouldn’t dare to treat Wade like he did Mike, even though Wade checked out on defense sometimes too… I’m sure Mike also did a lot of BS behind the scenes, but could you imagine what he would’ve did if he was a first option like Cousins or Hayward last season?

theballerwayParticipantDraft situation is so important. Him and wade werent the best pairing either. He probably still would been horrible on defense but his scoring prowess would have benn able to develop to out weigh/ or balance that (a la Carmelo)
Now though not sure where he will find a spot. he could definately help the Lakers and Pacers. I always hoped the Wiz would phone him too. He might even do well on OKC bench (pals with KD) The thing is he needs a place with minimal distractions (nightlife)

The Scare Crow RisesParticipantBeasley needs stability and confidence, some team chemistry would hurt either…

JoeWolf1Do you guys remember when Beasley was a 1st option?
He averaged 19.2 points on 17.1 shots per game for the 17 win Timberwolves.
Beasley can do some things offensively, but it’s not like he’s never gotten a shot to run loose. He did, and he produced pretty well, but pretty inefficiently. He averaged 18.9 points per 36 minutes for the Heat, which is pretty much in line with his career per 36 scoring average.
I think a lot goes on behind the scenes. LeBron was pretty much done with him by the end of the season, and although he’s not the most vocal leader, he suffers no fools and expects maximum effort.
Beasley is what he is at this point. A guy who can score, rebound a little, but has a lot of other stuff going on. Sure, he could help a few teams, but it will come down to are any teams willing to put up with the other stuff he brings aside from basketball, rehab in 2009, weed possession in 2011, sexual assualt investigation and driving without a license and with weed in 2013. I wish the guy the best, but I don’t see him as a guy who hasn’t gotten a chance….he’s had plenty.
