JazzinSLCParticipantI think LeBron James is torn inside. In his mind, he wants to stay in Cleveland, make top dollar, and win a title. That would be the best of all worlds. He knows the betrayal the people of Ohio would feel if he left. This decision is probably tearing up inside. Those within his “camp” want him to go to this team or that team for their own selfish reasons. It’s not at all about what’s in the best interests of LeBron James. It has more to do with what they stand to gain. The question floating around right now in the King’s head is simply this: If I resign with Cleveland, do I think I can win a title with this franchise in the near future?
My gut feeling is telling me that he won’t end up in Miami (though I think Bosh might). Probably not New Jersey or New York at the end of the day either. I think it will come down to Chicago or Cleveland. Also, he must be feeling intense pressure from his peers around the league who are waiting to make their decisions based on what LeBron ends up doing. This guy is just under intense pressure right now, and I think his heart is torn. I hope, in the end, he makes the right decision. The one he will be able to live with for the rest of his basketball career.

It’s not that serious… It’s just basketball. IF you feel sorry for a grown man who’s had teams treating him like the best thing walking on Earth and begging him to come to their franchise for two years now… You’re crazy.

Toronto16ParticipantHard to feel “sorry: for a guy worth 150 million dollars. I wish someone would feel “sorry” for me and give me that kind of money. I would be “sad” the rest of my life thank you.

PureshooterParticipantNEVER feel sorry for Lebron. He hasn’t had to worry about money (nor has anyone else in his family) since he was 18, he has unbelievable size, strength, and athleticism, he’s world famous, and all he has had to do is not be a dumbass, work out, and play basketball.
