llperezhorrible for the wolves. Love>RLopez and ARandolph
horrible for the suns. Curry is proving to be worth giving a chance a franchise piece and randolph could still develop. Keep in mind they might lose amare after the year.
Suns hit the jack pot. They lose a solid but unspectacular center and a pf who they probably don’t want to pay big money to and they land two young potential all-stars in curry and love who will be playing for cheap for the next couple years.
not a good trade.

NorthernLights666ParticipantLast offseason it sounded like the Warriors would’ve been willing to give up Beidrins, Randolph, and Curry for A’mare, I can’t imagine there stance has changed that much since, especially with all the rumors flying around the last week. I know Love is going to be good, but the Wolves lack a 7 foot rim protector and a long athlete in Randolph. I see something like this happening in the next few weeks and Gomes, Sessions, Utah’s or Charlotte’s pick being exchanged for a starting SF, like Rudy Gay.

nateoak10ParticipantMinny would probably only move AL if they were to get Amare.. Curry isn’t leaving GSWn no way no how and Randolph will only go if we got bosh + a 5 year extension or something like that. If the W’s wanted AMare seriously it’d probably be Biedrins ,Wright and expirings for him if he signed an extension. Minny doesnt have the pieces for him other than Al

NorthernLights666ParticipantAll of these trades are contingent on there being some way of guaranteeing A’mare will stay wherever he goes, don’t think there’s a way to do that though.

Wolves:

Robin Lopez
James JohnsonPhoenix:
Kevin Love
Brian Cardinal
Joakim Noah
Tyrus Thomas
Chicago’s 1st Round Pick (Lottery Protected)Philadelphia:
Ramon Sessions
Jerome James
Charlotte or Utah’s 1st Round PickChicago:
A’mare StoudemireChicago has never made a verbal commitment in the media to resign T-Time, he’s going to be used in a trade, ultimately in this scenario they’ll end up giving up Noah, Johnson, and their 1st Rounder for Stoudemire, like I said above, this is contingent on A’mare guaranteeing he’ll resign whereever he’s traded. If the Sixers are truly dedicated to trading AI 2 then at least this way they get a possible Andre Miller future clone in Sessions, an expiring in James and a possible 15-20 1st Round pick, is this enough value for him, I’m not sure, I included Ellington in the original trade, but would that even put it over the top? The Suns get a pretty good PF/C combo in Love and Noah, one who can step out and hit shots and the other who can protect the rim, both are elite rebounders too. They get a trial run at T-Time, he’s restricted, so they can choose whether or not to match or resign. Plus they get a pick likely in the 15-20 range too. MN gets the much needed rim protector in Lopez, a big time perimeter threat in AI 2, and a guy in JJ that Kahn thought was a Top 5 talent. Is giving up Noah, Johnson, another trade chip in T-Time and a 1st rounder too much for Stoudemire though?

MrWoLeeParticipantYea i’m sure the Warriors would give up Randolph AND Curry for a 1-year rental of Amare…then again I guess with the Warriors anything is possible..
