If he keeps playing like he did last two games, he will be taken in the top 5 no doubt about it.
Watched last two UK games solely keeping eyes on him, and he’s gonna be a good one.

    Really, massive potential.

The dude never played basketball and looks more comfortable with the ball in his hands than C prospects with so called “skill”.
–Anyone saw that spin move off the post that he barely missed (and Archie came and tipped it in). IMPRESSIVE STUFF.—-
In a draft like this, the 7’1 wide receiver could very well end up a top 5 player from the class.
His athleticism is tops in the class, i doubt he falls off the end of the lotto at the very worst.

A player with a floor similar to some1 like Mcgee cant ever be bad.

And let’s not say he is ALL about potential because he has produced…

    Stats per 40 mins….

    A. Davis:……….17.7ppg 13rpg (3.7 off.) ….1.6apg 1.7spg 5.8bpg on 63FG%
    A. Drummond: 14.1ppg 10.6rpg (5.2 off.).. .6apg 1.2spg 3.8bpg on 52FG%
    WillCS:………..15.1ppg 10.7rpg (4.2 off.).. 1.8apg 1.5spg 3.7bpg on 63FG%

I figured I’d add Cal’s other two prized big men he’s had in per 40 mins just for fun.

      Demarcus Cousins .. 25.7ppg 16.7rpg 1.7apg 1.7spg 3.1bpg on 56%fg
      Nerlens Noel ………. 13.2ppg 11.9rpg 2apg 2.6 spg 5.5 bpg on 59%fg

Even though I’d say WCS is a lock for lotto, he still has much to prove to be top 5 even in weak draft. Noel and Zeller as big men will still go ahead of him.

The thing with WCS is he aint afraid to bust his azzz, dive on the floor for looseballs. His Fball career has given him that toughness you cant teach. Long term Ill take him all day over Zeller.

I was hoping he would fall to the Hawks, or at least they trade both picks to move up for him. But with increase in pt, he’s putting away any doubts about his abilities.

I said a while back, I felt WCS could sneak into the top 7. I still think that is true. When push comes to shove, he’s a 7′ nineteen year old who runs very well and is a fluid athlete.

Awful free throw shooting has never deterred teams when drafting bigs and if you exclude the A@M game, in which he only played 4 minutes after missing a few games with injury, he’s upped his game to 9.3 ppg 5.9 rpg 2bpg during SEC play, which is a slight bump from how he performed in the non-conference. ( 10/6 in his last 5 games ). With Noel out, I think WCS will continue to produce more, which, in the end will help his draft stock.

For him to become a good NBA player, he still has some work to do, but as far as a prospect goes, there is a lot to like when looking in the 6-12 range.
