kings get a hometown boy in anderson who has potential and makes kings somewhat of a deeper team. kirilenko adresses the open sf position and his aggressive d and shot blocking should help progress the kings. get rid of k’9s and beno’s contract.
nets don’t really need vince since their getting lebron in a year, or another big name player. this trade frees up cap space for the 2010-11 where some big names will be free agents. cisco has alot of potential and is a great 6th man and a reliable starter though sometimes inconsistent. beno’s not a starter but can be a great backup to harris. get rid of carters ugly contract.
kirilenko’s been trying to get out of utah for years. they recieve a star in carter who will take some pressure off d-will. if the jazz re-sign some of their big men and have a good draft they can be championship contenders.
tell me what you think.

Mr.CreativeParticipantI think the VC-Kirilenko trade can be pulled off because they both have ugly contracts. Both teams win in this trade but there are losses as well. The Nets lose their best scoring option in Carter but win with gaining a defensive presence & versatility in AK. With Utah, Vince will certainly give the Jazz some firepower and help for D-Will. On the other hand, they lose their best shot blocker and lock-down player, basically the core of their defense, in the lineup. I’m a big AK fan, he does it all, defend, score (when given the chance), play the point (has good court vision), it will be hard to see him leave Utah with that horrible contract but he is sure to produce for almost any team. But in this off-season, I see him being in trade talks to get some cap space in the future.
True, if they re-sign their big men, they can get to the playoffs again. Utah needs athleticism while NJ needs a solid front court.

STEVEDOT2ParticipantKirilenko big part of the jazz even tho he doesnt do much his size, rebouding, shot blocking, and length to keep his man grounded in on ball defense{man to man} dont let him go. i would love to see rudy gay, joe johnson, kevin martian or jamal crawford here vince isnt what he use to be

arkanian215ParticipantI don’t think Jersey is getting back enough in terms of talent. Right now vc and harris are the main guys driving ticket sales for jersey. they need him to hold this down another year until we can acquire a bigger name in FA 2010.
