stealsgaloreParticipantTim Duncan puts the hammer down! Please tell me someone else saw this.
Oh I love the Spurs, Timmy gettin up nearly brought a tear to my eye.
I just hope Splitter can work himself into the rotation so that we can match up better with the Lakers.

Leftovers16Participantman is he a hell of a coach his young guys are looking so good and their foreign drafts become steals year in and out… imagine when these guys get some experience
PG Hill
SG Neal
SF? for now
PF Splitter
C Blair
with a few veterans here and there and drafts picks to fill roles/become stars Coach Pop will be back in the playoff hunt like he never had a rebuilding process… I’d say thats what seperates any coach from a HOF… better then JACKSON if you ask me and he didnt get a chance to coach the two best players of all time JORDAN and KOBE imagine if he did how many rings would they have…

IndianaBasketballParticipantYou’re right… He didn’t coach Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, but he did get to coach David Robinson and Tim Duncan, both of whom happen to be two of the greatest ever at their positions… Duncan arguably being the best at his position ever.
Tim Duncan is the San Antonio Spurs. Once he retires, they’re going to be in trouble. He makes all of those players better and hides their weaknesses.

iguapops420ParticipantNo doubt, all of their future players look good, but they’re all roleplayers. I don’t and I’m going to get too excited with team starting Blair at the center. Btw leftovers, even though Neal is having a terrific rookie year, I still think Anderson is the future at the 2. And yes, Pops has had some greats himself, In the Admiral(probably 7th best C of all time), and Tim Duncan (one of top two pf’s ever), and Manu Ginobli who is one of the best Euro’s ever. Not to mention supporting pieces such as Parker(right there with Gino IMO), Stephen Jackson, Turks, and more recently George Hill.
