BKKnicksfanParticipantWould you rather have Mike Conley or Brandon Jennings?

PeanutParticipantMike Conley

ghettosermonParticipantDepends, Conley is a better pure point, smarter, better intangibles. But if I have a team without a #1 scorer and need my point to contribute a huge portion of my scoring I’d go Jennings.

ShekiruBoomParticipantBrandon Jennings is not a reliable scorer. People have been having this misconception about him all because of that one 55 point game in his rookie year. He struggles to score efficiently heck the man shot below 40% two straight years! I would take Mike Conley bc he is better in almost all aspects. They are both second tier point guards but Conley is a better passer, shooter and im willing to bet that if Conley was on the Bucks, he would match Jennings’ scoring

DanEboyParticipantJennings just needs to harness himself and figure out what kind of a PG he wants to be. When he plays the facilitator role, he is a very good floor general. He has very good court vision, just tends to get too flashy at times.
He is way too streaky of a shooter and is not a good finisher around the rim. I think the Buck’s slow down, grind it out style is a bad match for him. In an up tempo offense he would thrive. He seriously needs to work on his shot though.
I would take Jennings and hope for the best.

boxn1ParticipantJennings is in a spot where he has to score more than he should. The Bucks don’t have very good offensive players,I’m still asking myself how in the hell did Skiles get them to the playoffs last year. I would take Conley now by a slim margin, but Jennings is a darn good pg.

Chilbert arenasParticipantNot a fan of Jennings game, but i love how he competes night to night and Conley disappears at times.

Awesome-O-420Participanti value them about the same. both will be perennial mid-40% fg percentage guys, and both will be better on the ball defenders than man to man defenders. jennings will score a few more points a game at least, while conley might get an assist or two more per game than jennings. i’d go with jennings if i had to pick because i see more potential there.

TRC1991Participantgreat question but i’ll go with brandon just because i feel he has more potential as a guy who could potentially get you 19-21 a game
