COtf33ParticipantRoscoe Davis left his name in the NBA draft this year. Does anyone know any information on him or what his game is like? Or does he have any workouts that people know about? You can get a little sense of his game, but not a whole lot from this video that was posted.

sheltwon3ParticipantHe may have to gain some strength but if he can put on 10 more lbs of muscle without losing athleticsim, he could be on somebodies team next season.

HotSnotParticipantI can tell you right now after watching that clip… this guy would get crushed in the NBA. He looks like he’s been playing ball for a year or two against 6ft ymca guys.

So, looks like he has a frame to work with, but needs serious work on his skills, not to mention he does not exactly blow you away athletically. The NBA is a league full of guys like this who are much better players, and unless he really stands out in one area, looks like an incredible long shot. Played 2 games of JUCO ball, last year, and was once committed to West Virginia but did not have the grades. Plus, the constant complaints about his willingness to play hard and go at full speed truly explain why he looks really relaxed in his "workout" video. Odds are he is a very good player, but I highly doubt he gets drafted and think he has tons of work to do to show he deserves an NBA roster spot.

sheltwon3ParticipantThe NBA needs big men and if he can play Center he could be a bk up. I don’t see how he is any worst than Hilton Armstrong or the Collins twins.

mikeyvthedonParticipantWell, Hilton Armstrong and the Collins twins played big minutes in major college conferences and produced enough to be drafted by NBA teams. While the Collins have gotten older, and Hilton has become nothing incredible, by this point, they are veteran NBA players who would thoroughly whup on 6’11 and 225 pound players who have played against nothing close to the competition they have, much less played the college basketball these gentlemen did. So, you have that to consider…….

OhCanada-ParticipantJust like Armstrong whupped on Whiteside and Udoh last year. I think Udoh was there.

It was Whiteside and Orton, both of whom were drafted, both of whom had more going for them than Roscoe Davis as they had finished a season of college basketball, one leading the nation in blocked shots and the other on a team stacked at big. They spent this past season either glued to the NBA bench (usually in street clothes), or in the D-League.

TRC1991Participanthe physically looks a lot like jordan hill but he didnt seem to appear freakishly coordinated, strong, or that consistent of a jump shooter
