R-Dot-13Participant1. Sacramento Kings – Blake Griffin: Obvious #1 pick .
2. Washington Wizards – Hasheem Thabeet: A big that the Wizards need to be a contender right now. Excellent D with improving O and good rebounding.
3. LA Clippers – Ricky Rubio- The Clippers do not pass up on him if he’s on the board. Baron Davis goes on the trade block.
4. Oklahoma City Thunder – Demar Derozan: If Thabeet is still on the board at this time, they take him, with their lack of a big. But since he’s gone, they pick a wing player, and they choose to take the athletic guard with huge potential to add to their already young lineup of Westbrook, Durant, Green.
5. Minnesota Timberwolves – Brandon Jennings: With a dominant big man, and young forward in Love, they take their biggest need, and draft the athletic Brandon Jennings, keeping Foye at the 2.
6. Memphis Grizzlies – Jordan Hill: With young scorers OJ Mayo, and Rudy Gay at the wings, they take a good rebounder and interior scorer with Hill.
7. Golden St Warriors – Earl Clark: With already young, good guards, they take Clark who can play the 3 or the 4 .
8. New York Knicks – Stephen Curry: Very good fit for thier system, and according to nbadraft.net, a promise was made to him that they would pick him with the #8 pick.
9. Toronto Raptors – James Harden: He slips a bit, but he will not slip any farther than here, as the Raptors desperately need someone at the 2 position that is a good scorer, which Harden is.
10. Milwaukee Bucks – Gerald Henderson – With Redd having injury problems, they take Henderson who can fill his role when he’s gone.
11. New Jersey Nets – James Johnson: With Harris and Carter scoring at the 1 and 2, and a good young post player in Lopez, they take a forward with this pick and pick a good player who can play the 3/4 positions.
12. Charlotte Bobcats – Wayne Ellington: After a good performance in the tournament, they draft a player out of UNC for MJ.
13. Indiana Pacers – Chase Budinger: Very athletic scorer who can shoot the ball very well, can play the 2 or the 3 position.
14. Phoenix Suns – Jonny Flynn: With possibilities of Nash going to free agency, the Suns draft a very good point guard in Jonny Flynn.

Tar86ekParticipantKnicks will not take curry. curry is a late first round pick, he will slip, slip, slip faster then donte green and gerald green. curry is like a daniel gibson from the cavs. i don’t want him on the team. i would take flynn over curry any day of the week. they should take these players if available in the following order:
1. James harden
2. Earl clark
3.Jonny flynnone of them will be available. they should take the best player available because we are looking for value not fitting positions we are not champion contenders YET. i would trade lee for a first rounder and take bj mullens later in the draft.

jdubsram-13ParticipantI see the Wiz taking a SG like Harden or a point like Rubio because they do have McGee who is a solid back-up to Haywood. The Suns should go after Ty Lawson than Jonny Flynn because he is a winner and flourishes in the up-tempo game.

dolla130Participant1. Sacramento Kings – Blake Griffin: Obvious #1 pick no matter who has the first pick he is going #1
2. Washington Wizards – Hasheem Thabeet: A big that the Wizards need to be a contender right now. Excellent D with improving O and good rebounding
3. LA Clippers – Ricky Rubio just cuz i dont think Brandon Jennings wouldnt get along with Zach Randolph just off personality reasons if he is still there
4. Oklahoma City Thunder – this pick is hard but if Hasheem Thabeet is there take him but i think they will go with Tyreke evans or Demar derozen
5. Minnesota Timberwolves. Brandon Jennings just Because they need that explosive scorer and leader at the pg position and With a dominant big man in Al Jefferson, and young forward in Love, they take their biggest need, and Brandon fits that need
6. Memphis Grizzlies – Jordan Hill: With young scorers OJ Mayo, and Rudy Gay at the wings is the smart pick, they take a good rebounder and interior scorer with Hill , If Tyreke is there take him, he is a legit scorer and ball handler for his size and you can move him to the pg position giving them a big athletic back court replacing mike Conely.
7. Golden St Warriors – Earl Clark: With already young, good guards, they take Clark who can play the 3 or the 4 . but if Jennings slips to the warriors i think they should take him he would fit in very well with there style of play and thus you can take elli’s off the ball
8.New York Knicks – Stephen Curry: Very good fit for there system, and according to nbadraft.net, a promise was made to him that they would pick him with the #8 pick.
9.Toronto Raptors – James Harden: He slips a bit, but he will not slip any farther than here, as the Raptors desperately need someone at the 2 position that is a good scorer, which Harden is and i also think he is the 2nd comming of Paul peirce
10. Milwaukee Bucks – Gerald Henderson – With Redd having injury problems, they take Henderson who can fill his role when he’s gone.
11. New Jersey Nets – James Johnson .they need another big to play along with lopez
12. Charlotte Bobcats – Wayne Ellington. which is a big need for them because they dont have legit sg
13. Indiana Pacers – Chase Budinger: Very athletic scorer who can shoot the ball very well, can play the 2 or the 3 position.
14. Phoenix Suns – Jonny Flynn/ Ty lawson: With possibilities of Nash going to free agency, the Suns draft a very good point guard in Jonny Flynn or Ty lawson

Meditated StatesParticipantHe shoots lights out so you don’t have to change your offense like you would if you took Henderson. You want a guy who can step right in and fill Redds role as a shooter not a slasher with no NBA handle.

Stanford hoopsParticipanthenderson fill redds role when hes gone????? are you serious hes athletic yes but hes undersized and not a great shooter by any strech of the imagination…now a back up for redd i agree but fill in/replace…negitive …just about everything else though i think you hit dead on

Stanford hoopsParticipantrubio would just share time and back up baron because with his contract no one is taking him off that trading block…tabeet wouldnt do much more then what brendon haywood does right now but the wiz might have to pick him because thats too high to pick any other player they need..if they were smart they would trade that pick and move down…and curry isnt gibson because curry can play the point guard..he showed this year that hes comfortable playing the point..gibson just cant play the point..other than that they are similar..curry is a better shooter though…if im okc i think i might go with evans because he can alternate with westbrook at the point..but at the same time derozen seems to be the better shooter now and potentially and you gonna need that with durant getting doubles
