Pick 1 is a no brainer, the 76ers are in love with Simmons and Brent Brown has a built in relationship with the family, much to the displeasure of many LA and Boston fans, Big Ben is going to return the Philadelphia 76ers to a competitive level in a little by the end of that rookie deal

Pick 2 is where you lost me, The LA brass can’t draft Bender over Ingram one year after passing on Okafor and Porzingas, the LA faithful will likely riot, they desperately wanted Simmons and are happy to add Brandon Ingram

Pick 3 only happens in Danny Ainge’s wet dreams, picture them trading the pick or drafting a shocker like Chriss/Maker although Bender should be considered a shocker IMO

Pick 4 I can see happen, only because someone has to reach for a Star and I think the Suns "could" make a high risk pick here (Although why take such a huge risk at 4, why not see who’s there at 13?)

Pick 5 seems legit albeit redundant IMO, Thibbs is really going to add a Non Defender in Murray with Dunn or high risk high reward bigman prospect in Chriss on the board, I see them going Big frankly…

Pick 6 No way do the Pels take Brown over Buddy or Kris Dunn, Dunn replaces Holiday and Brown is redundant with Evans, Buddy is best fit if you plan on keeping Jrue and Tyreke for another year…

Pick 7 is where I see another Red Flag, what do you do with Faried, Nurkic and Jokic in this scenario? Why not go SF or SG with Gallo getting older and No young SF on the roster?

Pick 8 will not happen IMO, no way does Dunn last that long, he goes 5th at worst IMO even if the Wolves just trade him to Philadelphia for a Bigman like Noel to pairup with Towns

Pick 9 makes no sense with Demar resigning and Powell and Ross already in board too, they need to replace Bismack who will get over paid in the summer, this is where I see Maker or a steady big like Sabonis or Ellenson go…

Pick 10 seems like another Ok pick until you realize the Bucks dont need a slow steady C like Jakob, they need a dynamic C like Maker even if they have to wait a 2-3 years, they are still very young where it counts, why not continue playing the ling game, dont rule out a PG like Dejounte or Demetrius tho

Pick 11 Wow, talk about overloading the G spot, with Davis still on the board too, if Toronto passes on Davis, mark him down to Orlando

Pick 12 So they take another G, and its not a veteran role player type like Valentine? OK, but what’s the thinking behind it?

Pick 13 is probably a good idea IF Davis is still available, which I doubt so I’ve got a Sabonis going here barring a trade

Pick 14, sigh, why does everyone assume the Bulls are locked in to taking Richardson, every single mock I’ve seen has him penciled in to Chicago, I simply don’t see them taking a SG, more likely they add a Demetrius Jackson to spell Rose

I’ll get back to the rest of your Mock, just add to breakdown the Lottery at whole…

Pick 2/3 – Bender is going to slowly rise into Ingram’s stratosphere  and surpass him on potential, I’m goi to go on a limb and say they address SF with either Barnes or Derozan.

Pick 4 – Suns take the home run pick and the guy getting a lot of steam….they have lacked an explosive PF since Amare and I think a Knight/Bledsoe/Booker/Chriss/Len lineup as a decent small ball lineup in a couple years (I’d trade one of Knight/Bledsoe)

Pick 5 – yes he doesn’t play D but I think it’s still to early to give up on Rubio at PG and a 3 guard rotation of Rubio, Murray, LaVine looks superb on paper. Thibs will use schemes to hide defensive deficiencies and I could see a former Bull or two going there (Deng/Noah) and filling up the defensive issues.

Pick 6 – Jaylen Brown is gaining steam…he’s really underrated. I think Dunn would make sense here as well but I don’t see the Tyreke/Holiday/Gordon experiment going much longer. I also think in the long run Brown will be the better player.

Pick 7 – Ellenson fills a need for the Nuggets and a rotation of Ellenson/Jokic/Nurkic is exciting going forward. Ellenson has a lot of talent as a stretch 4.

Pick 8 – Dunn could fall on draft day nothing is given…..his shoulder issues should raise some concern too.

Pick 9 – Ross has proven absolutely nothing and he could be used as trade bait this off season. Derozan coming back is not given….he’s saying the right things now but just wait til others get in his ear. Hield would fill a need as a 6th man off the bench.

Pick 10 – they had a C out of Utah before and it worked quite well…I like Poetl and think he doesn’t get enough credit…he brings rim protection and much needed size to the C spot

Pick 11 – overload on G’s I agree….but Payton really struggled last year….Vogel is now in charge….Personally everyone besides Hezonja, Gordon and Oladipo should talked about like that…..Murray is a project but could pay off big

Pick 12 – Beasley is a prototype 3 and D wing….fits well next to Exum in backcourt….Hayward and Hood are swings…Burke either needs a great start somewhere else or will settle in towards the end of the bench

Pick 13 – Davis is an enigma to me….he oozes potential and I think 9-13 are his range…Suns fans should be ecstatic getting Chriss and Davis for the future

Pick 14 – Richardson does seem like a generic pick….I’ve actually had him here since before the combine if that does any favors…..I also considered Prince; someone whose stock is on the way up

I so hope you’re right about #2. If you are then I have a feeling that both Ingram and Simmons will end up Suxers with Okafor in Boston.

Good call Al Perez. DX must feel humiliated after Givonis big song and dance about moving Ingram to #1 a few mths ago. I usually dont waste my time with their garbage ‘propoganda’ (see draftnet mock draft) but thought maybe after hooking up with Woj he would have some fresh intel.

Turns out not to be the case.

Now he just looks like an amatuer and I doubt the Vertical’s boss will be impressed with his new employees draft analysis.

This has been an ugly draft for DX.

Missing the Maker scoop and the transparent dogging of his character afterwards came across bad after everyone realised he was actually a really bright, well spoken kid with legit game.

Has reluctantly moved him up their draft to #32…but still cant admit they let their dirty tactics get in the way  of good draft analysis by putting him where he obviousy belongs in the 1st round.
