What do yall think about Pierre Jackson for Baylor? He is definately a good talent, a good scorer, quick, explosive and undersized. I see alot of people really like Jackson calling him a game changer and a starter. I understand this, he is a good scorer and can create. HOWEVER i have seen almost all  of Baylor’s game this season (Mayb3 15 of the 18 they played) and i really think that a player like Jackson can hurt Baylor as much as help them. I think Pierre Jackson should be at best a 3rd option in this team (Behind both Jones and Miller) and somehow everytime i see him play, i see Pierre Jackson as a player that thinks he’s the best player in the team. He shoots the ball at the end of games, on fastbreaks he attempts shots instead of passing it to an open teammate, sometimes this helps baylor however alot of times it doesn’t. He should be using his quickness and ability to create to pass and get the ball to his Bigmen. I think Pierre Jackson could really help Baylor in the long run but now he needs to learn to shoot less and create more, he certainly has the ability. He really reminds me right now of Nate Robinson and could be a really good player in the long run, could be a good scoring punch off the bench in the NBA after his college career.

He’s athletic, and is a pretty good scorer, but he’s a midget. I think he’ll get some looks in the 2nd round next year.

I agree to some point, but at the same time I think he’s doing just fine, he’s a JUCO transfer, usually it takes most of those guys a year to learn a system especially a top program like that, and he’s basically led them to a top 5 ranking, I think next year he will breakout even more, after he gets this learning experience under his belt.

As far as NBA, at 5’9 I don’t know how he projects, he may get picked in the 2nd round, but he is super small, that’s never going to be a feather in his cap as far as the next level goes.

He had 20 points and 15 assist against Missouri, dude might be a steal man, if he keeps playing at this level he will get picked regardless of size lol
