1 year deal $2 Mil. Bargain deal. Interesting.

Seems like Thomas is once again the most underrated player in the league and I see him having a big year off the bench for Denver. I understand his injury issues and everything but how’s this always seem to happen to Thomas. He must have the worst luck of any NBA player in the history of the league.

Celtics did him dirty. He kept playing after his sister passed, further injured himself while playing with the grievance and then was traded while injured. I understand its a buisnesss and Danny Ainge made the right move, a great move by dealing him but that ones gotta have Danny losing a bit of sleep every now and then.

He’s a player that needs to be close to full health to be viewed favorably in what was a tough offseason market. He’s short, a defensive liability, not at 100%, and there is some alarms to his mental state. He talked about wanting a boat load of money, talked about not coming off bench, had issues with team in cleavland. Add it all together and teams are Leary to bring him in. And with all that said, I agree with you 100% he is underrated. He just gets buckets. Hobbled with inconsistent minutes he got 15 and 5 last year and showed occasional flashes of take over game potential on offense while with lakers. Nuggets got themselves hell of a player.

Virtually everyone considers IT to be best suited to the third guard role, first guy off the bench, but there’s no escaping that he absolutely killed it as the focus of Boston’s offense and as a starter. He put his heart on the line for his club, put trust in Boston to look after him, and then bang! He’s out. I hate they did that to him, but I have to say, that’s why Danny Ainge is the best in the business. Great decision for the Celtics, they won a trade, saved paying out a ton and built a very strong roster. I’m sure Danny felt for IT and it was one of the toughest phone calls he ever will make, but that’s what he is paid for.

Good signing for the Nuggets. One thing they lack is a go-to scorer in the clutch. They try to give to Jokic and let him create but its not effective because he’s really not a shot creator. They have creative sets but they can’t rely on it all the team especially in the playoffs. IT gives them that element of a one-on-one scorer that they never had.
