OhCanada-ParticipantOkay he most likely will never have the same talent and potential Wiggins has, but this is still amazing. Look at the comments from the Flight Brothers on the Youtube page.

stanford hoopsI think we need to wait a lil on wiggens. He has potential but let’s wait and see how much hedevelops. Remember schea cotten or kris Lang(number one freshman in nation)
I love canadas future though with my nephews teammate Dwight Powell. I’m extremely high on him. All pac10 this year high on him

OhCanada-ParticipantStanford also recruited an every good Canadian player named Stefan Nastic. Nastic will probally stay until his Senior year and end up playing professional Euro ball but he will be an impact NCAA player for Stanford when it is all said and done.

stanford hoopsI’ve been asking my nephew about him during stanfords open gym but he said he hasn’t shown up yet so I don’t know much about him. I heard that he’s not much of a back to the basket guy and not very strong

TheWizardParticipantDo you mean next young and overhyped basketball player that can dunk well and might never make a name for himself in the NBA?

stanford hoopsThe thing is what wiggens has done has been done many times over. The key is will he continue to develop or will he get passed by the time he’s a sr. Other guys who dominated there class and higher while n the 8th grade
Keith bogans
dermarr Johnson
laquinton Ross
Derrick caracter
renardo Sidney
Travis Robinson
oj mayo
lance Stephenson
and on and on. I think the gap between him and his peers will be shorter by the time he’s a sr and his peers catch up with him physically0 - Posted on: Mon, 09/06/2010 - 7:09pm #396019

coach peeParticipantJamar is not only a high flyer but he’s committed to getting better. He’s develope a very good jump shot this early and is displaying good guard skills. Let me remind you that he plays for Grassroots Canada which featured players like Corey Joesph, Tristan Thomspon, Myck Kabango and the list goes on. This kid is up 5:30 every morning in order to get to the gym to put up some shots before school starts. His desire and work ethic alone will get him places, he’s not depending on just being a great dunker.

McDunkinWiggin has held his own against top players from America to Brazil that were 2-3 years older than him. Its too soon to say he will be a for sure star but i dont see where the "overhyped" tag you guys are giving him is coming from.

QUINCEY HODGES1alot of young players just hold there own yet dont get the hype he gets. you only deserve that hype who you do more than hold you’re own. when you dominate /American players. Even Canadian players who played with him at Stanford says he’s over hyped. they say he’s good and has potential but right now he’s just bigger and more athletic then his age group.
