VilkasParticipantNew Bismack Biyombo highlights from the 2010-11 season. He played only 14 games in ACB.

HotSnotParticipantLove this guy. We all know his offense is pretty awful but he hustles bigtime on D. He won’t back down from anyone, rebounds everything, blocks shots… a true freakish athlete. Kendrick Perkins has no offense either but he seems to have made a pretty decent career in the NBA and he’s a shell of what BB is. Atleast BB can go after it on putbacks, lobs and shorts post moves. Perkins is clumsy compared to this guy. Bismack seems to have a bit of Ibaka in him.

i’m jus so offendedParticipantthat’s what I’m sayin’, I don’t like the Ibaka comparison though, Serge already had a decent jumper coming into the league if you look at his international highlight reel and Biyombo is much more physically advanced at his "supposed" age…I love the kid though and would have no problem spending a top 10 pick on him if, according to Nbadraft.net, Klay Thompson can go at 12

NashyMingParticipantIf Biyombo is really 18~20 (which I believe so), I think he’s worth the risk of taking with a top 5 pick in this year draft. That’s why I would like to see the Raptors taking him regardless of whatever trades they have in plan.

EuroBallParticipantStop with the age thing why can’t you believe this guy is eighteen years old. When Greg Oden CAME out of HS no said shit about him cause he’s American because this guy is from africa that does not mean you can’t believe he is eighteen years old. I know a lot of places he went they ask him for his birth certificate, so if he was not legit they would of boost him already. Man this Guy is amazing!

OhCanada-ParticipantI think his stock is right there with Tristan Thompson except he has a slight advantage due to the fact he plays C, or is projected to play C. Kanter and Valanciunas are definitely ahead of him. Raps depth chart too me Top 4 would be Irving, Kanter, Williams, Valanciunas. After that there is Vesely. Leonard, Burks, Knight, Walker, and quite frankly if Biyambo is selected over them I dont know if I would be too upset. He obviously shows alot of potential, will not be an immediate impact at all, and will get help to develop.

r377Participanteveryone jump off the bandwagon – lets see how he goes against 6"10PF and 7"C in the NBA – sure he might be good but lets raise the standard of competition and see how he goes….
No one had him on their radar before the summitt game – now all of a sudden ppl are putting him in the top 5 after one freakish fluke game. Lets not all jump on the hype-train……

apb540ParticipantHonestly, all I saw was a bunch of unathletic white boys and one 6-10 pretty athletic dude that dunked and blocked every shot. I would of liked to have seen this kid in college for a year and seen what he really had. The NBA is even tougher. Good luck Bismack.
