I heard more than a dozen people mention Brooks’ name, in a positive way. Scouts were impressed by his skills and his wing span (7-foot-1). He also is very well-spoken and mature. It seems as though Brooks has solidified himself in the first round, and he could even move up into the top 20."

Is Brooks going to shoot-up the Draft-Board as Paul George did last year? (His hooping game is comparable to John Salmons but often gets Kobe Bryant connotations because of his facial features and disposition on the court.)

This is a solid comparison for him, except for the obvious height difference. Paul George also drew some Kobe comparisons, which is just as laughable as the Brooks-Kobe one.

Anywho, Brooks is rising up fast, deservingly so..I like the John Salmons comparison, hes not a star, but every team would like a guy like Salmons, I think Brooks career will be very similar..

 Paul George got Tracy McGrady comparisons last year and now Marshon Brooks is getting Kobe Bryant comparisons.  Comparisons may seem a little extreme but they both have amazing potential.

George was a projected lottery pick the entire year, I don’t see how he "shot up the boards"

Marshon Brooks remind me more of Jalen Rose, a little bit smaller but makes up for it with large wing span.
