My fellow NBAdrafters lend me your minds. The excitement is building with this long awaited dream suddenly beginning to materialize into a reality. While moods may be dampened or soaring by the apparent outcome of this long awaited CBA, nothing can compare to the hope of what may be arriving this Christmas day.

So let me ask you to reveal your basketball desires by answering some, finally, relevant questions.

    1.      Who are the three players on your favorite team you most want to see play?

    2.      What player would you like to see, realistically, added to your team of choice before Christmas?

    3.      What top team will lose some or all of its dominance?

    4.      What team and player will surprise everyone this coming season?

    5.   Will NBAdraft.net become the number one website through a hostile takeover of espn?

    1. Andray Blatche, John Wall, and Jordan Crawford. I’m interested to see how much each has improved and if Blatche has gotten in-shape.

    2. IDK

    3. Miami LeBron isn’t what he used to be, and the big 3 is getting up there in age. Their window for a championship definitely isn’t as long as most people think. I don’t even think they’ll be as good as last season.

    4. Andray Blatche(if he’s in-shape)

    5. I hope

     1. Favors, Kanter and Burks

    2. A PG like Darren Collison(Maybe for Jefferson or Millsap)

    3. The Spurs I think it’s time for them start looking to rebuild.

    4. I hope Favors but realistically I think James Harden can breakout this year.

    5. obviously yes.

    1. Who are the three players on your favorite team you most want to see play?

Nene, but might not get to considering he is a free agent.  I don’t know what they are doing about all of that.  Ty Lawson – His first full season as a starter should be an interesting one to say the least.  Kenneth Faried – Guy has an engine that never stops running.  Great rebounder, great defensive specialist for us.

    2. What player would you like to see, realistically, added to your team of choice before Christmas?

An experienced power forward to split the minutes with Faried since Kenyon Martin is gone.  Maybe someone like Kris Humphries, Jeff Green, or Glen "Big Baby" Davis.

    3. What top team will lose some or all of its dominance?

San Antonio and Boston.  Really old teams.  Manu, Rich. Jefferson, Timmy D, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Garnett, & Jermaine O’Neal are all getting pretty high up there on the age charts.

    4. What team and player will surprise everyone this coming season?

Sacremento Kings.  Jimmer Fredette.  I am not a fanboy, as I don’t think Jimmer will be the only reason why Sacremento will be a tough team to beat, but he helps.  Tyreke Evans and DeMarcus Cousins are two key guys on the team you have to be careful about, each of them capable of doing some good scoring.  Maybe a little more attention will be drawn to these guys and can open up a shot or two for the Jimmer.  Also, the addition of Larry Sanders and J.J. Hickson will only help that young frontcourt.

    5. Will NBAdraft.net become the number one website through a hostile takeover of espn?

It would be pretty cool, but probably not.  ESPN focuses on other sports that people are quite fond of such as NCAAF, MLB, NFL, NHL, Golf, Tennis, MLS, and many others.  People like more than just basketball, which is what this website is for the most part exclusive to other than the off-topic section in the forum.  But I love this site as do a lot of other people, and I think this site will be breathing well for a long time to come.

I can’t wait to see where D Howard and C Paul go. Sign and trade seems like it is still an option under the new CBA. Seems like both teams need to pull that trigger. I’d love to see either one of them on the Knicks in a trade for Melo. Seriously, it makes sense for everyone. This should happen! (Well, Melo might be pi$$$ed, but he could go back to just gunning for points with no expectation of actually winning playoff games. Tell me that wouldn’t be a better position for him than what he is in now.)

    1. Who are the three players on your favorite team you most want to see play?

    D-Rose, D-Rose, D-Rose

    2. What player would you like to see, realistically, added to your team of choice before Christmas?

    O.J. Mayo

    3. What top team will lose some or all of its dominance?

San Antonio will lose some of their dominance, but not all.  Age is catching up with them.

    4. What team and player will surprise everyone this coming season?

Clippers with Blake Griffin and Eric Gordon will turn some heads.  Player, I’d say Evan Turner makes huge strides this year.  Personally I hope James Anderson and Nicolas Batum surprise everyone.

    2. What player would you like to see, realistically, added to your team of choice before Christmas?

    Nene/Tyson Chandler/Greg Oden...any potenti

    3. What top team will lose some or all of its dominance?

New Orleans Hornets and Orlando Magic (if Paul and Howard are traded)

    4. What team and player will surprise everyone this coming season?

Minny, Wes Johnson…Minny’s goal should be, make that clippers trade as unpainful as possible.  Adelman is going to demand D and bring great leadership.  I’m very excited to see these boys play with Adelman at the reigns.  Wes has been steadily improvingHe is slashing more instead of just shooting that corner J, and his D is very solid.  He played tremendously against Kobe last year.  I walked away from that game very impressed.

    5. Will NBAdraft.net become the number one website through a hostile takeover of espn?

Realistically, hell no.  ESPN is the leading carrier of sports, all sports, not just the NBA.  Hell NBAdraft.net doesn’t televise the NBA, much less, any other sport.  ESPN gets such a big name from its media coverage (all forms) of sports.  We are just an website.  ESPN has the money and advertising, and mass following.  We are just sick, obsessed Bball heads.

    1. Who are the three players on your favorite team you most want to see play?

Eric Gordon, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan

    2. What player would you like to see, realistically, added to your team of choice before Christmas?

Chris Paul. LAC has the pieces to acquire him.

    3. What top team will lose some or all of its dominance?

The Spurs are the popular pick, but I’m going to surprise some people and pick the Mavs. Reason being is because with the new CBA, they won’t be able to resign Tyson Chandler. There goes their chance to repeat.

    4. What team and player will surprise everyone this coming season?

Led by Blake Griffin and Eric Gordon, LAC is ready to make it’s move similar to OKC did a couple of seasons ago.

I think George Hill of the Indiana Pacers will surprise everyone this season… He’s better than what people think.

    5. Will NBAdraft.net become the number one website through a hostile takeover of espn?

This is real cute, but we all know the answer to this. Much props to Nbadraft.net though.

    1. Who are the three players on your favorite team you most want to see play?

Looking forward to seeing Jonas jerebko back from injury. Brandon Knight. Rip Hamilton to get 30-35 mins per night and ave 18-4-4 to prove everyone wrong…

    2. What player would you like to see, realistically, added to your team of choice before Christmas?

Greg Oden or Gortat (we should have got him as FA instead of signing Gordon and Charlie V)

    3. What top team will lose some or all of its dominance?

Spurs will slip to a 6th-8th seed and bow out in the first round of playoffs…

    4. What team and player will surprise everyone this coming season?

I think Brandon Jennings will have a good year and the Bucks to make the playoffs. Maybe Blake Griffin to get 1st team all – nba consideration and the Clips make the playoffs. I think Tony Parker will raise him game another level. With manu and duncan getting older and george hill gone i think parker stats will rise.  Marcin Gortat to get All-star consideration – not make it but get consideration and talked about
