Johnny KilroyParticipantDude has 15 assist and only 2 turnovers- also has 9 points.
He’s going to be a 4 year starter at UNC- what kind of player can he be in the NBA? A solid back-up point guard, at least. Doesn’t have great speed, but makes up for it with a high basketball IQ. If you get open, he will find you and he gets you the ball so you can score.

canesboy6ParticipantI watched the game. He absolutely dominated one of the best defenses in college basketball, it was very impressive. He obviously isn’t the fastest, but he has a really good first step and is big. He looks bout 6’3 190 and has a strong frame for a freshman, it will be interesting if he can carry more bulk and keep the same speed.
His best shot in the league will be if he develops into a cold blooded shooter as well, but he is definately better than advertised. UNC has a good one, he is an amazing passer and floor general.

canesboy6ParticipantHis game reminds me of Marcus Williams without the bad attitude and off court problems.

NJHooper95ParticipantMarshall definitely resembles Marcus Williams when he was at UConn. Thanks Marshall for helping my boy Dexter Strickland find his game as well. As far as pro game, I think Marshall will be a terrific college player, he is a rare pass-first point guard, he may have a chance to be a solid backup in the pros because of his size.

OhCanada-ParticipantIf he refines his skills, gets a bit stronger he could be a bit like Andre Miller imo. He seems very durable, a guy who is a silent leader, and can really be a good player without attracting too much attention.

K.LOVE THE ALLSTARThis guy should be int he NBA when its all said and done. He’s always been know as a player that makes others better and should be able to come in and have a Eric Snow career potentially. Could become a pretty good defender even though he’s not that quick, at times he knows how to beat defenders to the spot they wanna go to because of his high basketball IQ

OhCanada-ParticipantI dont think the leagues ever going to have a guy like Eric Snow again which is a shame because hes the type of guy who did what had to be done and earned his money. The NBA is lacking that type of player nowadays.

K.LOVE THE ALLSTARActually there is player(s) like that but he happens to be more skilled, Noah and Varejeo. Guys who do whatever it takes to win. But there aren’t many

K.LOVE THE ALLSTARoh ok. A pg that isn’t very skilled but works very hard and plays alot. Yeah its harder to find those right now because there are so many skilled point guards out there. I guess Marshall doesn’t fall into that boat either because he is a very skilled passer

Dale WorthingtonParticipant16 assists…..
Sweet Moses.
That is amazing.
Watch out for UNC with this fellow and Mr. Barnes heating up. And then you have Zeller and Henson down low.
