abcdefghijklParticipantIs Tyreke Evans a bad comparison for Kemba Walker? If you think so, who do you think Kemba resembles the most?

BKKnicksfanParticipantYour asking if a 6-5 shooting guard is a terrible comparison for a 6-0 point guard?

YSUFan10ParticipantIt is an awful comparison. Kemba is more agressive going to the basket, he is a more of a true pg, he is smaller, his handles are quicker and better, and his jump shot is better also. your comparison is terrible.

I May Be WrongParticipantKemba’s shot looks a lot better than Tyrekes ever did. I kinda like comparing Kemba to a better decision making version of Toney Douglas. They can both score but I feel like Kemba can set up an offense and look for teammates better than Douglas can

iguapops420ParticipantKemba kinda reminds me of a mix between Darren Collison and Ben Gordon.

MkadozaParticipantReminds me of a cross between Raymond Felton and Aaron Brooks.

JNixonParticipantI personally see alot of Darren Collison in Walker. He’s not as much of a true PG though.

iguapops420ParticipantI agree, thats where I came up with the Gordon part of the comparison. Though all reports including his coach say that he in fact, is a true pg, just doesn’t have the talent around him on that UCONN team to truely play the position the proper way lol.

SwatLakeCityParticipantHe is a smaller version of Aaron Brooks. (this site says he is 6’1 but he is really like 5’10) I think he would be a very good pick for Pheonix to fill the PG role when Steve Nash leaves via retirement. Nash has gotta retire soon. Probably not this season but maybe in 2012, but Pheonix should start looking now for the replacement that way they can start to train him and prepare him for the day when Nash retires. If not then when Nash does retire Phoenix will suffer much more than they are now.

afree15ParticipantI’m sorry Kemba does not have a good jumpshot, but he can get to the basket.

flyboyParticipantA lot of Collison in him, minus some of the PG skills. Most people say Brooks but Brooks is better with his shooting and shoots from the perimiter more than Walker. He also reminds me a bit of Dooling, with better PG skills and a little more athletic ability.
