What kind of role do you see Kelenna Azubuike carving out with a New York team with many established scorers and wing players. I picked him up with my fantasy team thinking he could be somewhat of a steal when he comes back and I am now thinking twice about it. Last year he averaged 14ppg, 5rpg, 1apg, 0.5spg, 1bpg, and 1 three point made. What will be his role, how effective will he be, what projected stats do you see for him in NY.

I think they will ease him in for a while since the injury was so serious. But I expect him to start eventually and have very solid numbers because he is made for the uptempo system. The Knicks will probably move Fields to the bench and have a second unit of Douglas, Fields, Chandler, Randolph, Turiaf… not too bad.

And Stanford Hooops, you do know he has one of the best shot block rates in the NBA for the last 2 years and hsi rebounding rate is actually less than 1 board off of David Lee’s right? Mr. Overrated? Hardly, Mr. needs to gtfo out of NY and out of playground systems? Yes

lol..who cares by rebounding shot blocking rate?..a player who averages 5min a game can have the highest rebounding scoring shot blocking rate int he league if he gets 3pts 2 reb and 1 blk in that 5 min. Sorry but that’s not how the game is played/ you have to produce more and earn min to be considered good. this isn’t Fantasy basketball this is reality and in reality randolph isn’t good enough to get much time on a maybe playoff team just like he wasnt good enough to start or get alot of time on one of the worst teams in the NBA last year. Unlike you i like someone to prove something not go by what they do at a certain rate. Yea his rebounding rate is 1 off from David lee so he must be just as good of a rebounder and should be traded back for David lee huh. id like to see you go to the warriors with that info and tell them to trade Randolph for lee. Im pretty sure they will call security and the cops saying "there’s a crazy guy in our building)

And im sorry but when someone has to keep making excuses about where a player needs to play in order to produce then its obvious that that player isnt as good as what some biased fan thinks he is.  He has been said to have a bad work eithic, he has a bad basketball IQ and that isnt gonna just go away just because he goes to a different thing. There’s another problem that is gonna follow him where ever he goes…..There will be better players ahead of him in the front court. He’s not a starter or 6th man on any team in the nba. Not one team
