HaleParticipantDoes anyone know when or if he will be eligible to play? I know he was cleared academically, but other than that I have no idea when he is going to play. Personally I believe he will be one of the very best college producers and put up big numbers if he plays because of the way he attacks the basket so well, and his elite athleticism will be a nightmare to guard at the college level.

JoeWolf1Still no official ruling on his amateur status. He is with the team and continues to practice and go to class, from what I’m hearing it’s more along the lines of "when" than "if".

JoeWolf1I’m excited to see a Selby/ Tyshawn Taylor back court. That kind of speed and athleticism is going to be very hard to handle, and since Taylor isn’t a pure point guard I think it’s gonna work very well.

BothTeamsPlayedHardParticipantThe NCAA has to make completely sure that any athlete is fully amateur before exploiting their talents by having them perform mid-week for ESPN dollars at 6am ET. These checks cannot be rushed.

OhCanada-ParticipantHow is Selby’s ball IQ and court vision? Is he turnover prone like most overly athletic gaurds. Im asking because he could be a candidate to be drafted by the Raptors but Im wondering what kind of a PG he is. Score first? Pass firsrt? Whats the deal.

HaleParticipantHe is more of a combo, most people say he can’t pass but he is pretty underrated there. Definitely a pure scorer, he as aggressive as they get, always attacking the rim.

JoeWolf1He isn’t a truly pure point guard, but he has good court vision

JNixonParticipantHe’s going to be a little wild and TO prone. All Selby is is a taller and more in shape Sherron Collins. Collins was very quick and explosive before he got fat in his Jr. year.
