royk927Participantu have to be a &$#%#&@! idiot to think Miami will trade anyone of the big three (who MADE IT TO the NBA FINALS.)
Dirk is not the best in the world he was playing great basketball and he was on the better team.
Miami will rebound and be tough to beat once they get used to playing with each other (one Year guys).

What The DevilParticipantSo…what happens if the new CBA imposes a hard cap? What then?

royk927ParticipantPlenty of guys will sign on woth them for minimum money just to get a ring. Plus i dont think that the Hard Cap will happen it is what makes Basketball unique.

apb540ParticipantThe lack of a hard cap in the NBA is what makes it lose $300 million.

royk927ParticipantDallas was playing better as a team. In truth they had not really been tested since the first round and their series with Portland.

royk927ParticipantTeams lose money because they sign players to deals that in some part are no way justified. Case in point The Hawks signing Joe Johnson to such a large contract. teams often bid against themselves and overvalue players.

Snubs15ParticipantClearly Dallas is the better team since they beat them in the series. What else do they need to show to prove they are the best.

royk927ParticipantI picked Dallas at the begining of the season to win the West and Make it to the finals. Is it just me or did people not watch the games. Miami could have one this series. The Heat were really never out of any of the games that they loss (maybe game 5 but Dallas was incredibally accurate from three point range that game. Dallas won they had the better team. Im not taking anything from them nor the heat.

What The DevilParticipantI have a feeling the NBA will do something because they are losing way too much money. They may shorten current contracts and put a hard cap in. If a hard cap is put in Heat would still be too close to the max by having all their salary going to 3 players.

Memphis MadnessParticipantgreat trade: http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=42ow9xn
The new CBA will help determine who the contenders will be next year. If the Mavs can resign everyone then they will be the favorites with the Heat in second place. If the cap gets lowered then the Heat may have trouble signing guys to help put them over the top. I think the Mavs resign Chandler and Barea no matter what and probably Caron Butler (or a replacement). Not sure about Stevenson. He might want too much money.
But, why wouldn’t the Heat trade one of their Big Three? Wade and LeBron aren’t playing that great together and their bench STINKS.
Revisit my trade. Think about it for a minute and tell me what you think.
