JET was super quick and a dead-eye shooter, Lamb is only mildly quick and a good shooter but I’d still take him at the end of the first round.

Jason Terry has the ability to play some PG, Doron Lamb absolutely cannot. 2 very different players, only thing they have in common is outside shooting.

Bringing the ball down, is different from actually running an offense…scouting is obviously not yor future.

I think Lamb can play some PG, I would not say "he cannot".  However he will definitely never be in the same conversation as Terry from a PG comparison.  Terry was a good PG in Atlanta.  I think you need to check your history.  Terry avg over 17ppg and 7apg for a full year in ATL with only 3tpg.  Lamb doesnt have those kind of PG skills, now or on the next level.  The main difference in the two is athleticism.

stylewise, Lamb reminds me of a bigger, better, more athletic Randolph Childress with maybe not as good as handle.

if I had to compare his upside to someone now….maybe a mini John Salmons

Not like JT money… Especially a young JT…  Yall remember Jason at UA with Bibby and Dickerson?  Dude used to LOCK UP…  When he got to Atlanta he used to drop buckets… Lamb is a good shooter but it’s college…  Shooters don’t translate that well only dudes that scores in bunches do… Not to say Doron can’t just to say I don’t trust him as of now…

I love it when arm chair coaches and scouts spout off about what they don’t know.  1) Terry is not a pg and when he plays pg it is sad to watch.  2) Doron lamb actually plays pg when Teague is out of the game.  3) Teague is not a "good" shooter he is a great shooter.  (over 50%  from 3).

Please watch a few of Kentucky’s games before you make comments.  You just make yourself look silly.

He has better than a 2 to 1 assist to turnover ratio.  In UK’s offense he handles the ball often and doesn’t turn it over.  Granted he doesn’t spend a ton of time at the point, but all players in the DDO handle the ball.  He has solid handles and good court vision.

obviously you are the one that doesnt know what he is talking about, either that or you are 10 years old.

Terry is sad to watch at PG?  that shows that you dont know what you are talking about right there.  Terry started at PG for 3 years in ATL.  In those 3 years as the starting PG he avg 17.7ppg and 6.1apg.  Yeah, pretty sad for a starting PG in the NBA.  Terry also started another season in ATL, albeit Brevin Knight was the PG, but you probably dont remember him do you?  That year Terry was the teams best player.  His avgs?  19ppg, 4.9apg, 3.3rpg, 1.3stls, 40% from 3pt and 43% overall.  While logging 1/3 of his minutes at PG.  I know, pretty pathetic.

The point is, you cant compare Lamb to Terry because Terry has already done things as a PG in the NBA that it is doubtful that Lamb will ever do.  Let’s let him get in the league first.  But even after he gets there, Lamb’s major contributions will be as a SG.  I mean seriously, with the Ty Lawsons, Jeff Teagues, John Walls, etc…do you think Lamb could start as a PG for at least 3 years and put up those same numbers that Terry did?
