valentineI’m starting to question how good these guys really are. Has there ever been two potential first rounders who played on the same team but couldn’t win games? My friend said what about UNC last year but the difference is Colorado loses to teams like USF and HARVARD (who actually isn’t as bad as you would think and is recruiting very well, top 100 recruit well)

delfamParticipantA good PG and good Bigs win you games and Colorado really has neither so I’m not to surprised they’re not to good. Also Burks is more of a slasher and doesn’t really make his teammates better.

QUINCEY HODGES1In college you dont really need either to win games. a ok point guard and a ok big man or a shooting guard playing point guard works as well

bobbygillerThe Alec Burks situation reminds me a lot of the Paul George situation last year. George played on a Fresno State team that rarely won games despite having a couple talented players around him (Sylvester Seay and Greg Smith who is currently projected as a 2012 1st round pick on this site). Burks will be fine and as he improves his outside shot he’ll only get better.
