Tiger1313ParticipantCurious to hear from you guys as to who the Bulls options are in this draft? In my opinion, it’s wide open as to who they can take position wise. Look for a replacement for Taj? Back up PG? Also, with the coaching change that obviously can impact who they take.
Early Thoughts: Justin Anderson; Kevon Looney make sense. Looney showed improvement throughout the whole year and his motor on the offensive glass as well as pick/pop ablity could fit well. Again, depends on the new coach.
How about you guys?

CameronCrazy11ParticipantWouldn’t mind seeing them take R.J. Hunter and have him be Jimmy Butler’s back-up at the 2

Winning_TimeParticipantI have them selecting Olivier Hanlan. Good backup in case Rose misses portions of the season and can play either PG or SG, has has an NBA game and can create for himself in what sometimes becomes a very stagnant offense. I think Hanlan going early will be one of the surprises on draft night.

FrozetoesParticipantSince they really can’t count on Rose to stay healthy, picking up Wright, Jones, or Rozier to play back-up point would be a smart move. Their other need is to add youth and talent at the PF position with Harrell or Looney. There are so many good PF’s, just take your pick.

CameronCrazy11ParticipantJust to clarify, Jerian is Horace’s nephew. He’s Harvey Grant’s son and big brother to Jerami Grant of Philly.

TimberTrollParticipantI think they need a shooter to replace Dunleavy. RJ Hunter would be great if he was still there. There frontcourt is deep right now, but not sure for how much longer. I don’t think anybody that could potentially replace Noah or Gasol would fall to them. Bobby Portis might work if he fell. I don’t know how Looney would fit. Why exactly would Taj Gibson need a replacement?

benny15ParticipantI believe last years lotto pick, McDermott is seen as the eventual succesor to dunleavys role and spot on the rotation.

trelos6ParticipantDefinitely a backup point guard. Hopefully McDermott evolves into a reliable catch and shoot threat in his second season. Also Tony Snell can improve.
Mirotic and Gasol are some nice mobile, sweet shooting big men.

druneave3ParticipantBulls have a deep roster but still have needs. Athleticism, backup point guard, and a physical rim presence are all key areas they need to look at number 22. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson ranks on top of my big board for the Bulls. RHJ would add another defensive wing to pair with Bulter while also protecting McDermott and Mirotic, whom both will be seeing more playing time in seasons to come. I’ve been a huge fan of his so I am so excited they have a chance to nab this ultra athletic wing.
There should be some quality point guards in that range as well. Grant and Payne should be off the board but Wright and Rozier are both viable options.
Some other possibilities that I like for them include Harrell, Martin, and Anderson.
Bulls have done an incredible job finding late first round talent. They should continue that trend with the crop of prospects that will be available, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed for RHJ.

mamadouParticipantDefinitley the best guard available.
Shooter, PG, off guard, lead guard.
Hunter, Jones/wright, Rozier, Grant.
Bulls are lucky, inspired in the 20’s…
