ChammesParticipantPasca Siakam, Zach LaVine, D’Angelo Russell and Montrezl Harrell all broke out this year, who are your guys predictions for a breakout candidate next year? Mine has to be Derrick white

festar35ParticipantGoing on from Derrick White, I think Dejounte Murray will have a big year.

ZouldiersParticipantJustise Winslow. J-Rich already breakout for them and with more experience at the PG position, Justise will only improve from there.

The GoatParticipantBefore we hear these, can someone dig up the same predictions made at this time last year and the year before so we can see who is talking out their ass and pass heavy judgement by way of negs?

My picks this year are…
Lonnie Walker- Hopefully he has his first healthy off season since he was going into his Sr year of HS.
Kelly Oubre Jr.- He looked good for the Suns averaging almost 17 PPG after the trade.
Marvin Bagley- Post all star break he played like an All star for the Kings. He averaged 19.7 and shot 43% from 3.

ZouldiersParticipantLooking back, I have been hoping for Justise to break out I guess and Vanvleet has break out ever since having his 2nd child. So much for Jakob breaking out oh well.

Striver347ParticipantZach Collins, Delon Wright, Kevin Huerter, Lonnie Walker, and possibly Mikal Bridges! More predictions to come after the draft movement and free agency, of course.

OhCanada-ParticipantIm gonna do a thread on this after free agency. My list has no sophmores and no established starters like Oubre, Valanciunas or Levert.

Blackhole1374ParticipantI really like Anunoby as a breakout next year, especially if Kawhi leaves. he picks his spots well and his shooting has improved while still being an above average defender. In a bigger role, I would like to see what he can do.
I also can see Kennard doing well next year depending on minutes which will prob be based on who they draft as I don’t see them signing that great of players this offseason. Can really score the ball
Oubre if he stays with the Suns can really thrive
Bagley will continue to improve
I would like to see Jamal Murray put together a consistent season next year, should be an all star in the future, next year seems too soon but if he can pull it off that would be exciting
If lonzo can stay healthy i think he could be a valuable part of any team he is on (who knows how this offseason is going to go)
Lastly, the Celtics young guys I would be ecstatic to see them with a bigger role and to be more consistent especially if Kyrie leaves and they go back to their play from their playoffs run to the ECF

OhCanada-ParticipantLonzo is defenitely a guy I see breaking out if he is lucky enough to leave LA.
Murray is a guy I see becoming an elite player as well. He’s still only 21.

ChammesParticipantI love the Isaac pick, if he fills out some more and becomes a more consistent shooter he can be perfect for today’s league
