Who has a better season or becomes the more important piece this season.

Ill start it off and say Brandon Ingram.

They might give Ingram more run due to all they’ve invested in him, but as it stands Kuzma looks like the more NBA ready player, and it’s really not that close.

The comparisons to Kevin Durant were off the wall

Ingram had the Exact same FG% at the Rim in college as 5’9” Kentucky pg Tyler Ulis

And Ingram just does not have an elite 1st step

I’m not saying Kuzma is a star b/c I don’t believe he is – but he’s got a much quicker release & he plays w/ far more confidence than Ingram who is Really struggling at the NBA level

People are giving up in Ingram way to soon, the guy is what 2 or 3 years younger than Kuzma? When guys come into the league that young and physically immature it take them awhile to adapt.

Kuzma looking like Mo Pete out there and I loved that guy. Ingram is long and lanky and at times guards 2s… not many guys his size can do that and provide that much potential on offense.

Kuzma will have the better year but Ingram will have a better career.

Kuzma looked good in preseason but is an untested rookie. Ingram is terrible and I have never seen him as a star in waiting. Good luck to them but I am not confident in either.

In game 1, there’s 20mins to go in the 4th and the Clippers are belting the Lakers by 30. Ingram is 2-12 and Ball is 1-6 with 4 assists.

Going to be a long year Lakers fans… You better win the #1 pick or it’ll be a horrible year next year too.. you will definitely be in the 2-6 range

If the Lakers get the #1 pick it goes to the Sixers.

Really? I can’t keep up with all the picks, protections, processes.. so it’s Sixers if #1, Boston if 2-6?

Boston 2-5, Sixers 1, 6-30. No way the Lakers get there pick. So come the post all star break when a bunch of teams are tanking the Lakers are goin gto pick up a bunch of cheap wins and hopefully finish no worse than 6th.

After tonight one could say no one will have a bright future… Ingram looks really terrible…. Kuzma nothing special…. but it’s only the first game….
