All NBA 1st week

I am hoping for a rational discussion of who are the best players to this point of the young season. Everyone will get granted a pass for past predictions a clean slate. I am not in this for points so my opinions are personal and I am trying to engage in the free exchange of ideas. Please list only 1st team with a one sentence justification following position and name. Also list in parenthesis the reason you have made this choice: Statistics, Personal Preference.

PG: Chris Paul. I know Nash has superior statistics to this point, but I value Paul’s defense and there is a passion in his play that is endearing (Personal preference)

SG: Dwayne Wade. Simply put the best player under 6′ 6″, I know Kobe would be a superior shooter, I think Wade facilitates more ball movement and I am a three passes per possesion kind of guy. (Personal Preference)

SF: LeBron James. The leagues best all around player. His do it all talents allow for a ton of flexibility in the line up, Melo is a superior scorer, James a superior defender and passer and this team will not a have a problem scoring points. (Statistics).

PF: Chris Bosh. Potential, rebounding, and defense are my justifications, I had a hard time here with dirk playing so well, but when games get ugly and rough Dirk vanishes ask S Jax. (Stats and Personal preference)

C: Dwight Howard. If healthy he is an unquestionable game changer. the one athletic talent who can potential change a game on sheer physicality on the level of Bron (Stats)
