I live in ATL, but he doesn’t receive much hype at all around here. It’s all about Ryan Harrow, Trae Golden, Jamail Jones and Jeremy Lamb in the metro area.

But I watched him and his AAU team (HoopPlanet) play and he has a silky smooth game. If I had to compare him to someone it would be Jalen Rose. He has the ability to play any perimeter spot, but he’s best at the 2. Watch out for Jones who I mentioned above, he’s committed to Marquette and he’s a better player than Kendrick to me, and he’ll be an NBA prospect by his 2nd year at Marquette just watch. That’s my sleeper of the 2010 class.

I saw both Jelan and Jones at Wallace Prather over the summer and Jelan is leap and bounds better player than Jones. IMO He didn’t get a lot of attention last year because he didn’t finish year and quit because of injury but he was very impressive at Westlake. #1 player in the state I think with Harrow and Golden #2 and 3. Little to no chance he goes to FIU.

Im hearing he’s leaning towards GT but know Memphis is in there good.
