GoJOSH HUESTISParticipantthis is a post that just had to be made..this guy came on here talking about hes better then rondo and all these other guys and how he could have got a scholarship if it wasnt for the coaches son then how he went to juco and quit after not getting the time he wanted. at first a coupel peopel was gonna try to help him get a look untill he started trashing other players who are player well in juco and college. its sad that a guy would be so bitter because he didnt make it. and lil did he know i had the means to help him at least get a look untill he started trashing me and talking out the side of his mouth like he was better then me even though ive had a long career in euopre/mexico and have part owner ship in a team in mexico i used to play…i did a lil research by asking people in the area around the juo he went to and no one seems to have heard of him. im pretty certain that he didnt play much in hs because he has no real game and probaby got cut from the juco team after trying out..whats funny is he also tried to lie about gettign invited to a d leauge team.

doubledribblerParticipantI agree with 8th. What’s up with these posts that all the person talks about is what they do or can do or used to do unless they are asked? To be honest, this post is just as bad as the one by AirJuggernaut if not worse. It’s great that you could have helped him out, but no one cares and no one needs to know. Sounds like you want to throw that in his face. That type of stuff makes people even more bitter. He insulted you so that’s that. What amazes me more is that you took the time to try to find out as much info as possible on this guy like you were planning on trying to embarrass him on here. Some guys need to grow up and get over themselves. I like when people actually talk about basketball on here instead of their own personal issues.

Weaknesses: He is still a very raw player, heavily depending on his athleticism to help him get away with a number of things … As a playmaker he is much more effective in transition, once the tempo slows he struggles making reads and deliver passes … His release is a little slow, but his shooting form is decent, unfortunately at this point he is a non threat from the outside The shooting inconsistency limits him since people back off, making his driving lanes that much more congested, forcing him to drive into heavy traffic … In pick&roll situations, he is also very shaky because defenders always go under the screen daring him to shoot, which limits the movement and action as well as his passing options … His touch around the rim is unrefined, unless he is dunking he struggles to convert on layups as well as floaters and teardrops … As a defender, he has the length, athleticism and lateral quickness to become a stopper, but at this point he is not very dedicated on that end … He takes plays off and lets inferior players get by him off the dribble … He is very turnover prone, sometimes attempting to throw passes that have no way of finding the target0 - Posted on: Mon, 10/19/2009 - 1:55am #222601
