gregoden08ParticipantOJ Mayo or Eric Gordan-OJ Mayo, but it’s super close.
Jrue Holiday or Mario Chalmers-Mario Chalmers.
Jordan Hill or Tyler Hansbrough-Jordan Hill.
James Johnson or Austin Daye-Austin Daye.
Brook Lopez or JaVale McGee-Lopez.
JaVale McGee or DeAndre Jordan-DeAndre. Super close, but I hear Jordan has a terrific work ethic.
Russel Westbrook or Derrick Rose-Rose.
Courtney Lee or Wayne Ellington-Lee.
Jodie Meeks or Jack McClinton-Meeks. Jack might be out of the league soon if he can’t find his shooting stroke.
Brandon Wrighr or Yi Jianlian-Wright.
Shannon Brown or Rudy Fernandez-Rudy. Shannon can be a superior defender though.

sheltwon3Participantalso for that extra one I would go Terrence Williams because his potential is both offense and defense. Nick Young does not have the body for defense even if he works at it and be decent he will not be on Williams level and Williams is not that bad a scorer.

JNixonParticipantOJ Mayo or Eric Gordan- It’s close, but it’s Eric Gordon.
Jrue Holiday or Mario Chalmers- Jrue Holiday, Chalmers is an overachiever as it is.
Jordan Hill or Tyler Hansbrough- Easily Jordan Hill.
James Johnson or Austin Daye- Austin Daye
Brook Lopez or JaVale McGee-I’ll take McGee, more inside-outside ability.
JaVale McGee or DeAndre Jordan- Jordan by a hair.
Russel Westbrook or Derrick Rose-Rose, he has a chance to revolutionize the PG position.
Courtney Lee or Wayne Ellington- I’d go Lee. Better all-around player potential.
Jodie Meeks or Jack McClinton- Meeks, McClinton isn’t NBA material.
Brandon Wrighr or Yi Jianlian- Yi, he actually has a skill-set. And it’s developing.
Shannon Brown or Rudy Fernandez- Shannon Brown, could develop into an above average PG. And SG.
oh..and this ones for Iggy
Terrence Williams or Nick Young- This one is extremely tough, but I think Terrence Williams has the potential to be a better pro. He has the ability to be Andre Iguodala. Nick Young is great because of his swag and offensive talent, but he could just as well give up just as many as he scores. So I’d choose Iguodala 2.0

IndianaBasketballParticipantOJ Mayo or Eric Gordon – If were talking about “max potential” then I have to go w/ Mayo even though I’m a huge fan of Gordon. I think Gordon is more athletic, explosive and stronger. I also like his attack the rim mentality better than Mayo’s shoot the jumper mentality. They’re both great shooters, BUT I think Mayo’s mechanics are better… Especially when pulling up and shooting from mid-range. Mayo has better footwork, mid-range game, ball handling and is better at creating off the dribble. I also think Mayo has better potential as an on ball defender.
Jrue Holiday or Mario Chalmers – Holiday definitely has more max potential, so I’m going with him. Who knows if he’ll reach it.
Jordan Hill or Tyler Hansbrough – Hill. Hansbrough’s max potential is what we see now lol.
James Johnson or Austin Daye – Tough, but I’m going with Johnson. I think he has a lot of size and strength for the wing. He’s game is versatile… He reminds me of Paul Pierce.
Brook Lopez or JaVale McGee – Lopez will be very good, but McGee’s max potential is outrageous.
JaVale McGee or DeAndre Jordan – This will be close because both players have a lot of max potential, but I think McGee edges Jordan due to his versatility. He can shoot and put the ball on the floor.
Russel Westbrook or Derrick Rose – This is really close, but IF Westbrook can reach his max potential as a point guard (I doubt he will), he’ll be better than Rose. He projects to be a super elite defender, which is something I can never see Rose being. He has tremendous size for his position and has elite athleticism, speed and quickness. He’s often out of control, but has the potential to be a very good playmaker. He rebounds very well and can finish in traffic. I doubt he’ll reach his max potential as a point guard, but if he does… Watch out.
Courtney Lee or Wayne Ellington – Courtney Lee… We haven’t even seen Ellington play in the NBA enough to know yet.
Jodie Meeks or Jack McClinton – Meeks… He’s at least in the NBA right now.
Brandon Wright or Yi Jianlian – Yi. Wright’s latest shoulder injury really gives me doubts.
Shannon Brown or Rudy Fernandez – Fernandez! The triangle offense hides a lot of Brown’s weaknesses.

marcusfizer21ParticipantOJ Mayo or Eric Gordon- close one but OJ has the edge because he scores the basketball with ease and has a lot of arsenals in his offensive repertoir.
Jrue Holiday or Mario Chalmers- Jrue will edge out Mario on this one in terms of max potential but the way they are playing now, Mario is miles away better.
Jordan Hill or Tyler Hansbrough- Jordan Hill is a more capable player and has more to show compared to Tyler’s game.
James Johnson or Austin Daye- Austin Daye will be better if reaching his max potential because James Johnson has already shown his skills and everone knows what he can do already. Other words, he is polished.
Brook Lopez or JaVale McGee- I like JaVale’s upside than Brook but Brook is more ready to contribute right away. JaVale has potential and will be better should he reach his max.
JaVale McGee or DeAndre Jordan- Both C have tons of potential but I’m going with DeAndre Jordan. He showed us what he’s capable of in the limited minutes he played.
Russel Westbrook or Derrick Rose- Derrick Rose! The modern prototype PG of our generation… SHOULD improve his defense though to put this comparison behind.
Courtney Lee or Wayne Ellington- Courtney Lee has better potential than Wayne Ellington… Ellington is a polished player while Lee can still find room for improvement.
Jodie Meeks or Jack McClinton- Jodie Meeks is a better scorer/shooter.
Brandon Wrighr or Yi Jianlian- I am leaning on Brandan Wright in terms of maximum potential.
Shannon Brown or Rudy Fernandez- Rudy Fernandez hands down… Did you see those highlights of him? Shannon Brown has great athleticism but I’d go with Rudy for maximum.
