    Dallas:

Dirk played his regular style, he looked good.

Shawn Marion was very impressive and went about his business like he had something to prove, which he does. He looked good at scoring down low and made his usual athletic plays after running the floor.

Kidd played well and ran the offense to a tee. He’s still doesnt have the quickness to defend, but they know that already. That’s why they have Beaubois.

Beaubois looks good. He’s quick and gets to the rim..with EASE…and he is a very good shooter, that would make him tough to defend. He’s clearly there PG of the future, but for the tools he has at his disposal he’s a very mediocre defender, especially off the ball.

Barea is their 3rd PG now, and he didn’t look that good at all. Jason Terry looked OK though, doing his thing on offense and on the ball on D.

Drew Gooden and Erick Dampier aren’t going to cut it though. They simply aren’t good enough down low to get deep in the playoffs.

    Washington:

Agent 0 is back. He didn’t miss a shot the entire time he was out there with alot of nice finishes. He also ran the offense to a tee.

Mike Miller, Antwaan Jamison and Caron Butler looked good, especially Butler. He provides everything you could need in a SG/SF.

Nick Young showed a nice shot again, especially from the mid-range and he even played OK D for the most part on the ball. He still gets lost off the ball though.

Javale McGee has a bright future. He’s super skilled for a big, owns a bunch of moves from the low and high post. He has range out to 20 feet. He still needs more strength though. But he has the ability to be a top center in the future.

Blatche also is skilled, but he makes alot of bad decisions and is almost allergic to the low post offensively. But he is physically gifted and has a good perimeter game.

Brendan Haywood ACTUALLY looked good before he got injured (sprained ankle). He would’ve messed up though lol. Naw, but he was OK.

McGuire should be traded with Nick Young so they both can break out. He doesn’t score alot at all, but he would provide everything else and he’s polished in the mid-range and he’s a good defender. Could play anything from the PG-PF.

Randy Foye didn’t shoot well, but that’ll come. He looked good running the offense and getting into the lane. He’ll be OK in time.

Deshawn Stevenson looked alright, but he’s probably the odd man out of the SG rotation.

NOTE: It’s worth mentioning that no team played very much defense.

Arenas looked better then even before the injuries, and also much slimmer. Nick Young and JaVale McGee really really impress me everytime i watch them, They will/should both be stars very soon, Beaubois is also extremely good, and I also think he is an on the ball pest on D. Butler played very good, and like Igoudala 9 said everything you would want from a 2-3 guard

The Game Came On NBATV And It’s Showing Again At 12am ET, Arena’s Looked Pretty Good Despite A Few Silly Turnover’s. But Beaubois Is FOR SURE The Mavs PG For The Future Reminds Me Of Rajon Rondo With A Jumpshot, I Also Noticed His Arms Are Extremley Long As Well.

    MVP considerations this year

Theirs legitametly 5+ players who have a shot at it this year (in my order)

    LeBron
    Dwight
    Wade
Kobe(stats will do down, by a good margin, but his team will be tremendously tough to beat, legit shot at a 70+ win season)

THEN, it drops considerably with a few that can possibly make some noise

Arenas(depends on team record, as seen with Wade last year)
K.D. and Rose have a very slim chance, but I believe if Chicago can increase that win total and Rose will step up he has a chance, and bringing a expansion team to the playoffs(possibility,i don’t think it will happen yet)should get a look, especially considering his #’s

Don’t always go by this websites comparisons…they aren’t always right.

I agree, with you on this website not always being right, but they have the same size and length, both incredibly quick, freakishly athletic

That’s what I said in the previous post, they comparison ends after their physical traits. They aren’t the same after that though..

Beaubois reminds me more of Tony Parker, as he is a similar slasher and passer. He is a better shooter than Parker with alot more range, but the comparison to Rondo is nothing when you get past their physical abilities and builds..

I knew it wouldn’t be long before Arenas got back into his old form, he said he wanted to be more of a distributor this year but in the 3rd quarter of last night’s game he took over. Not to say he doesn’t do a great job passing the ball but everyone knows we all want the old Gilbert back.

And Shawn Marion looks to be a great pickup for the Mavs, always did like his game except for his hot potato shot release haha
