    Lets say you was a freshman and you played for the gators. and you was averging 12 ppg , 5 reb ppg and 3 assist ppg. plus you play power forward. your 6 ft 9 but you weigh only 200 pounds. and you hear nb scouts going crazy about you. because you can shoot, and rebound. but you cant dribble well, plus you cant play power forward cause your too weak. and you hear scouts saying your a mid to late first rounder. would you test the waters and not hire a agent and go back to school , or would you stay in school another year or would you enter the draft and hire a agent.

    too. stay at school. i would just work on my dribbles .so i can the 3 or 2.

    Hit the weight and I would test the waters but not hire a agent if my stock rises to early 1st then probably go and train all summer if it falls then go back to school.

    A lot of these things depend on how much you believe in yourself as a player. If you have some personal doubts, then you should jump at the opportunity to be drafted in the first round and get the gauranteed money before you potentially get exposed the longer you stay in school.

    On the flip side, if you are very self confident and know that you are gonna be a first rounder no matter what, then you should stick in school another year and develop your skills. Because it sounds like this kid won’t be ready at all for the nba and it would benefit to work on some things.
