I think the team on the bottom wins. They are getting a stud RB, 2 solid WRs, and Vincent Jackson is an upgrade over Boldin as is DeSean over Coles. The Giants D is better than the Bears.

esp. in our league where you have to start 2 qbs, trading 2 qbs for 3 is valuable as well…. those are the guys i traded (first bunch) to get the guys on my current team (2nd bunch)

You also trade Pierre Thomas as well, didn’t you? I thought I got him from you, or maybe I got Gore from you.

    Gotcha…

Here is what mine would look like then… (oddly enough, all the players I acquired in a trade were never used in another trade). However, I originally traded Welker away and ended up getting him back.

    Traded…
    Shaun Hill
    Matt Stafford
    Steven Jackson
    Maurice Jones-Drew
    Larry Johnson
    Willie Parker
    Marques Colston
    Josh Morgan
    Eddie Royal
    Vincent Jackson
    Ted Gin Jr.
    Nate Burleson

    for

    Trent Edwards
    Frank Gore
    Darren Sproles
    Pierre Thomas
    Glen Coffee
    TJ Houshmandzadeh
    Donald Driver
    Wes Welker
    Anquan Boldin
    Chris Henry
    Kevin Walter

    so traded:
shaun hill and staff for edwards

steven jack, MJD, Larry Johnson, and Willie for Gore, sproles, Thomas, Coffee

Colston, Royal, VJ, Morgan, Ginn and Burleson for TJ, Donald driver, Boldin, Henry ( i think i have walter now, and if u had welker originally, than he doesn’t count… )

IDK… I think you win QBs if were in a 1 qb league, but i donno about that since we’re in the 2 qb league. if thomas comes back you won the RBs, but we’ll have to wait and see on that. and i think you lost on WR, colston and VJ are ballin thus far and boldin has under achieved…

But we all know that a season isn’t won and lost with just trades. And I would much rather have Edwards and Garrard than Stafford, Garrard and Shaun Hill. So I feel I win that battle.

Also, I have looked ahead at my matchups. And the weeks my QBs are on bye I just so happen to be playing some weak teams that also have their QB on bye. Lucky me.

Unlike Brown’s predecessor Jackson, who was a master manipulator of the media, Brown stays away from using it as a tool.

There’s no question that Thabeet has talent, the only question is whether or not someone can draw it out and maximize it. It’s a tall order, to be sure, much taller than Thabeet’s 7’3″ frame. Developing players like Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook, James Harden and Serge Ibaka was more about channeling energy than learning to motivate.

“Definitely this is a great opportunity for me,” Thabeet told The Oklahoman recently. “Every situation in the past doesn’t really matter. The present is what I’ve got to face. I’ve got to deal with what I can control, come in and work hard and just be a part of the team. … It’s another situation, so I’ve got to come in with a different mentality and be ready to work hard.”i567665

“Three more years seems like a really long time to continue to stay at a high, high level of training and preparation and health,” Bryant said. “That’s a lot of years. For a guard? That’s a lot of years.
