A trio of free agents joined the Rockets in workouts this week, hoping to receive an invitation to the team’s training camp.
Stromile Swift, Lorenzen Wright and Jelani McCoy took part in Houston’s workouts. Swift played for Houston during the 2005-06 season.
The Houston Chronicle added that there is a chance the Rockets could add a big man via trade prior to the start of camp.

Swift back!?! NOOOOOOOOO. I mean, I know we are letting Barry go or buying him out I mean then he’ll retire, but Swift is not the way to go…Even if we play fast paced..Don’t want him, don’t need him.

True, but out of those guys I would take Swift. Whatever happened to Landry though because he’s their best at the moment.

David Andersen is the only 7 footer and Carl Landry is still there, but he’s an already undersized power Forward

I don’t think any of the guys u mentioned (swift,mccoy,wright)will help them out…maybe they should go after aaron gray,robert swift, mark blount or make a trade for eddy curry
