Also, Boozer needs to get out of Utah for the benefit of everyone.

Jerryd Bayless for Raymond Felton. A sign-and-trade.

Gortat needs to get dealt…I could see Orlando trying to deal him for a solid pf, and let shard play sf.

Rip needs to get traded because you don’t need the same player like they have in Ben Gordon

can’t be dealt just yet and I doubt Magic are looking to do so otherwise they wouldn’t have matched the Mavs. They like his game and it’s a solid backup, but maybe overpriced. He won’t be traded anytime soon, I’d expect it to happen if anything during his 3rd year of this contract

I can’t imagine Gortat was re-signed at the full MLE to ride the bench. The Magic matched Dallas’ offer to use him as a trade chip during the season. They can move him after December 15th, and I’ll anticipate something to happen not long after that.

I completely agree with iguodala9 Felton and Bayless need out. I would also say Boozer for Utah’s sake.

Brand

Bayless, Julian Wright, Brandan Wright, Rip Hamilton, Josh Howard and Peja all need to go somewhere else.

Gortat yes but they have Bass he’s a decent PF.

The thing about Gortat is that if they trade him, what would they get? Lewis, Anderson, Barnes and Bass can all play the 4, plus Barnes, Lewis and Peitrus can play some at the 3. They have a lot of 2s and 3 pgs. I’m sure they could package a couple of guys and upgrade a position, but wouldn’t they just need a center behind Dwight? Which is what Gortat is. I guess even though they paid him a ton to ride play 8-10 minutes a night and more during blowouts, at the moment I am not seeing how it would make sense to trade him when it would leave them with no depth a center and I don’t see many decent options at center left in free agency.
