RickyRubio9Participantfor you to have witnessed whether you watched it on TV, Computer, or Live. The Greatest Moment you seen happen from YOUR team meaning the team you root for. 🙂 I don’t want no “Back in the 80’s, but I’m only 16.” either. My team is the Rockets and it’d have to be…Yao Ming’s return. When I seen him go out…I almost cried as my teams chances were falling fast, I was so sad…just kept thinking “No! Not again! Not now! We’ve come too far!” I was in my home, laying on my bed covering my head with my pillow as I heard the announcers talk about it during the timeout. Then, out of nowhere Yao Ming was shown in the Tunnel trying to come back and telling them “No”. At that moment I was so proud to be a fan and to see Yao come back…man, I already loved the dude, but that was just an amazing moment. Then to win the game, just thinking back on it gives me that good feeling. Even if it wasn’t that serious and he still went out that moment was BIG. Greatest Moment for me as a Rockets fan although seeing Yao lead us out the first round by game 6 and being at the Toyota Center…that’s up there. Especially since Ron went into the stands, crazy man. So, what’s yours? haha sorry if mines is long

HaleParticipantHahaha Ricky, I was actually thinking of posting this exact topic earlier today but just decided not too.
Not exactly a moment more like a period but:
Dwight Howard over Duncan Alley Oop to win
LeBron 25 in a row and 29/30 against Detroit
T-mac 13 in 35

JNixonParticipantI like the shot Iguodala hit over Turkoglu this year in the playoffs. And the celebration he did after he made it.. XD. It was PRICELESS.

llperezNot to brag, but as a Laker fan I’ve been blessed with a lot of good memories. But my all time favorite is one you might not expect.
Back in the ’94-’95 season, the Lakers were one of the emerging teams in the league led by Van Exel, EJones, Ceballos and Vlade. I was young and had just started watching a few years earlier and had never experienced the greatness of the 80’s so it was all new to me.
Watching their run through the playoffs that year with Nick outdueling Payton and the Sonics in the first round was a lot of fun. Then came a heavily favored Spurs team. Game 5, Lakers facing elimination on the Spurs homecourt in front of a national crowd. Nick drills a 3 at the end of regulation to force overtime.
I was going crazy. Playoff success was still new to me. Then, down 2 with 10 seconds left in OT, Campbell misses a layup, Vlade gets the rebound and kicks it back out to Van Exel beyond the arc and he lets it fly. Nothing but net, Lakers stay alive another game. It was probably my all time favorite basketball experience.
Horry’s 3 against Sac and Fisher’s .4 were also close.

Meditated StatesParticipantI always liked when bird stole the ball on the inbound verse Detroit and fed DJ for the lay up, and Havilchek stealing the ball to seal the title. C’s get it done on D.

marcusfizer21ParticipantThe Flu Game where Michael Jordan scored 38 points including the dagger 3 to beat the Utah Jazz in Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals… That performance was the gutsiest I have seen in MJ… He was weak, sweating and really really tired plus having the stomach virus would make him worst but he put his team on his shoulders and carried on for the win…
