Lamarcus Aldridge

I think he will, he has all the potential in the world and I see him doing it. Watch him improve by alot, and make the team.

If he can become an All-Star in the loaded West with Pau, Duncan, Dirk, West, Boozer, and Amare I would be expecting the Blazers to be really really good. I think he has loads of potential and if needed he could score 25 and grab 10 Rebounds. I honestly believe he is that good. Only been in the league three years and I believe he is 24-25. I forgot. Him and Roy are a dream for most teams, the inside-outside combo even if he doesn’t bang down low he has plenty of time.

Yea i think he can but if he dont he defenitly goin make the following year he’s young and he even scratching his true potential i think.

I think Oden will be improved this season more so than Aldridge. The emergence of Oden will take away some shine from Aldridge. I don’t think he makes the all-star team this year.

Nah nah nah….Oden doesnt have the offensive ability to take Aldridge’s shots.

Oden will get the majority of his points on put backs, second chances basically, and some good passes to give him an open layup/dunk. Aldridge can create his own shot. As for better then Roy? I can see that happening, but I think the two on the same team will be pretty even for years to come.

L.A. will be an All-Star eventually, but not this season. He’s very talented, but still has a ways to go. He needs to get more aggressive. As tall, LONG, and athletic as he is… He should be averaging 9-10 rebounds and a couple of blocks per game. Instead he averages around 7.5 rebounds and less than 1 block per game. He’s Portland’s star big men, but they still lack a real post presence. When he becomes a legit post presence, he’ll be an All-Star.

I say no, there is a logjam at PF and I dont see it this year.

I don’t see Aldridge improving too much from where he currently is. He’s soft and his upside is limited as a result. He’s already very polished, and I expect possibly something like 19 and 8, but those aren’t All-Star numbers in the West.

gasol was on the roster and he averaged close to 19 and 9 this year. if LaMarcus puts up similar numbers and the blazers have a great record prior to the all-star game (i project around the 3rd best team in the west), then i definitely see L.A going to the all-star game this year.

He is a good player but there are too many good players at his position in the west and he doesnt rebound as well as most PF’s also he shoots too many jumpshots eventually he will make one but i dont think this year.
