If you could comprise a first and second All big-12 team, selecting any player to play in the conference in the last ten years, what would it look like.?

    C- Lamarcus Aldridge

    Second Team-

Is this the best career in the Big 12, or the best players to come out of the Big 12?

This is a bit tough since ten years is quite a bit of time. I’m gonna consider the impact they had while in college and not in the NBA. These are some of the guys that have had an imact in the conference that I could remember.

Iowa St.- Jackson Vroman, Jamal Tinsley, Craig Brackins
    Kansas St.- Michael Beasley
Missouri- DeMarre Carrol, Kareem Rush, Linas Kleiza
Kansas- Nick Collison, Kirk Hinrich, Brandon Rush, Darrel Arthur, Sherron Collins, Drew Gooden, Wayne Simien, Cole Aldrich, Julian Wright, Mario Chalmers
    Colorado- David Harrison
    Nebraska- Aleks Maric

Oklahoma- Hollis Price, Blake Griffin, Willie Warren, Taj Gray
    Texas Tech- Andre Emmet
Texas AandM- Antoine Wright, Acie Law,
Oklahoma St.- Joey Graham, JamesOn Curry, John lucas, Tony Allen, James Anderson
Texas- LaMarcus Aldridge, TJ Ford, Kevin Durant, DJ Augustine, Damion James, Brandon Mouton, Daniel Gibson, PJ Tucker,
    Baylor- Curtis Jerrels

Thats the best I could remember. Did I forget anybody else that was significant to this conference in the past ten years?

As for my first and second teams here they are:
    First team
    C Nick Collison
    PF Blake Griffin
    SF Kevin Durant
    SG Tony Allen
    PG Kirk Hinrich

    Second Team
    C LaMarcus Aldridge
    PF Michael Beasley
    SF Andre Emmet
    SG Brandon Rush
    PG TJ Ford

Again this is considering their achievements in college.

Super tough to pick a limited amount…

    1st team-

    DJ Augustin-Texas
    Kirk Hinrich-Kansas
    Kevin Durant-Texas
    Blake Griffin-Oklahoma
    Nick Collison-Kansas

    2nd team-

    TJ Ford-Texas
    Mario Chalmers-Kansas
    Brandon Rush-Kansas
    Michael Beasley-Kansas St
    Wayne Simien-Kansas

    Man I could do a 3rd, 4th and 5th but I don’t feel it now…

I like Fizer over Collison, and I definitely think Michael Beasley should be over Blake Griffin.
