j1232eParticipantlebron will average nearly a triple double and earn the mvp. But fail to reach the finals again this year, lebron will storm off the court and never return to the cavs ever again.

billykParticipantLebron James (he will be on a mission this season)….

MagikKnickParticipantWade.
He deserves it, hes the best single basketball player in the NBA, he does it all..He deserves it, but he wont get it
Because MVPs are also determined on team success, and unless Miami wins 60+ games, they’ll give it to Kobe or Bron0 - Posted on: Tue, 08/04/2009 - 5:56pm #195994

d-grizzlyParticipanti think wade deserved it last year..i think he’ll get it this year.

llperezKobe has too much help and will have lesser stats. Wade is not as good as either Kobe or LeBron plus I predict the Heat will miss the playoffs next year unless they make a major move.

bluedevils12Participanti think lebron wont get it this season because he has a lot of help now. I think shaq will take away sum of his stats because they may trhow the ball down to him and let him work. I think assist may go up but u never know for sure. Mo will certainly have a down year and with delonte and parker playing shooting guard their will be plenty of points 2 go around. I think this year it will come down 2 how wade peforms. If he has the type year he had last year then he will prob win becuase many felt he was robbed latst year. i was gonna throw cp3 in the conversation but i honestly think the trade 4 okafor does nothing 2 help cp3 get that team to the next level

B-ball fanParticipantHe will have a good team, but if the Heat get Boozer I am going with Wade. The MVP almost always goes to someone on a top 5 team.

jeff416ParticipantWade is better than Lebron hes way more clutch has a better jumper and he has a ring how many does Lebron have?
0 - Posted on: Tue, 08/04/2009 - 6:31pm #196012

dwat4444ParticipantKobe. LA is going to be way to dominate and Lebron’s Cavs won’t be any better, nor will lebron. Wade doesn’t have a chance without Miami being good, it’s just the way the mvp award works. The better your team, the better chance you have.

Michael.S.ParticipantHow can u say LBJ wont be any better , he’s sill a good 3 years from his prime and still developing

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantTeams with the best record have gotten the MVP nod over the person that had better stats. So to me its going to be Kobe or Lebron unless Miami contends.

jeff416ParticipantI never said he wouldnt be better even though I dont think he will be I said Wade was the better player and Lebron is in his prime now.
0 - Posted on: Tue, 08/04/2009 - 6:55pm #196028

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantLebron is not in his prime. He’s only 24.

jojososaParticipantTo be lebron, he is gonna basically average a triple double a year, but their record won’t b as good as last years I can promise u that

baller03These past 2 seasons he put up sensational numbers and is not getiing the credit he deserves. I know Lebron is “King” and Kobe is the best player in the planet. I think their numbers will be down next year (call me crazy?) and I really do think it will be Paul. Runner-up would be D-Wade.
