IndianaBasketballParticipantAs crazy as this may sound, it may be Ricky Rubio. He has a lot of hype and buzz surrounding him. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he ends up with the most endorsement dollars, especially considering there was talk about him trying to soften his buyout by endorsements. He already has an endorsement deal with Gillette and has appeared in a commercial with Tiger Woods, Roger Federer and Derek Jeter. Marketers are crazy about his marketing potential.

IndianaBasketballParticipantDid you mean the 2009 or 2010?

IndianaBasketballParticipantAight, then yea… I think Rubio will eventually have the most endorsement deals. He’s not even technically in the NBA yet, but has a deal with Gillette. As I said above, that’s Tiger, Federer and Jeter… Three of the most popular athletes in the world. Marketers think he’s good looking and has a lot of appeal.

IndianaBasketballParticipantI haven’t heard anything as of late. I’ve never seen a situation as messy as this one.
