ESPN. Gives you more insight and has more people to talk about basketball ( Simmons, Bucher, Stein) NBATV is ok to watch all games and watch Rick Kalma

well if it’s just nba, then nbatv trumps espn. NBATV does an hour long highlights show of just nba while espn does an hour long highlights show that features all sports. NBATV shows classic games, profiles on top players both past and current. They are 24 hours nba. It’s not even close.

wins because of NBA FastBreak unless you mean, Sportscenter. Still…NBA Tv isn’t bad especially for other stuff. I miss Stephen A. Smith.

Its too bad they don’t have fastbreak on during the offseason like football do but I prefer to watch something else different besides basketball all the time.

Don’t have NBATV so I would have to go with ESPN, but it doesn’t matter. ESPN still wins, they are so much bigger than NBATV. I also miss Steven A. Smith, he was good, why is he not with ESPN anymore? I want him back.

If we’re talking NBA, it’s a lopside win for NBATv… Are you kidding? It has all access to the greatest basketball league in the world! ESPN broadcasts a lot of sports that is why we don’t get to see a lot of basketball there…. NBATV hands down…

ESPN sucks, I dont have NBATV but I’ve seen it a few times and would have to pick that if I had to choose. I’d choose the NFL network over ESPN too.

did’nt televise summer games either, so how can you hold showing them late against NBATV? It’s non season and espn is lucky to put on 1 hour of NBA combined during a day. NBATV is 24 hours of NBA. How can you argue that espn is better for basketball when it shows almost no basketball right now versus a 24 hour nba tv station?

ESPN for me…NBAtv shows the same stuff over and over and I don’t think it would have hurt to televise the summer league games when they were live.

NBATV is better cause thats all they talk about is the NBA ESPN has other things to talk about and they prefer to talk about the NFL even when theres nothing going on in the NFL.

I think llperez22 said it best. If you’re a basketball junkie like me, then nothing beats NBATV.

Yea… Eric Snow and Steve Smith (especially Snow) can be a little boring at times, but they get a lot of guest appearances from both present and past players.
