Dear God, who knows. He doesnt even hustle that hard to be considered a hustle player, he definitely isnt talented on offense and he’s a liability on D. Also a mediocre rebounder. He does NOTHING at an NBA level.

Its just another example of how bad most NBA Gms are. Some of them draft off potential and it works out (Dwight) and sometimes it doesnt (Tryus Thomas). But this pick is unacceptable. Like Iggy9 said Taylor does nothing on an NBA level. Steve Kerr, take me to your dealer

He will come around. Taylor is a Good player. And its not because of Blake. He has above average skills on the court. He has to get used to the NBA level.. i watched him his 4 years at OU,He really came around his 2nd year. quit hatin so much. give the man a chance

He got drafted in the second round and he is a hard worker who has decent skills and good athleticism. Why is a shock he got drafted in the second round. Now if he got drafted first round that is different.

Hope he will not make the roster(13th spot), except his behind the back assists and his big body…there’s nothing.
Nothing to do as a PF, Stat, frye, amundson, clark…nothing to do as a SF hill-dudley-clark
Kerr love the brothers but com’on let this guy be the 1st pick for the harlem globe trotters, he deserves !!!
Patty mills was the pick, ahmad nivins was more logical too.
If we can’t add a PG via free agency, on the summer league squad i take skinny micah downs over him every days, liked his demeanor.

isnt a bad guy to have on the roster he’s fundamental amd has some athleticism. Mica Downs might actually make the Suns team?

and hoping when Blake’s contact is done in LA he will remember the team that gambled on his big brother down the road. He might have a deal in place already with Phoenix when that contract is up. Kidding, maybe. Micah should be an NBA player not a star but a solid defender who strokes the 3. He can jump out of the building too.

they probably did it so they can cut him and pick up a way better FA for a good deal…i think taylor gets overlooked b.c. his bro but i cant see him bein nothin than D-leaguer…b.c. he is only 6’7 and i dont think he can excel on the wing even tho he is a tweener but if he had blakes size i could see him gettin some tick in the league

Seriously, if he was on that OU team, and put on those same exact numbers, but had no relation to Blake…he’d be undrafted, and finding a home somewhere in Europe

Also, Tony Durant…Kevin Durants brother made the OKC summer league roster…..wonder why

If I was Kobe Bryants little brother i;d be in the NBA too

Taylor is a hustle fundamental player who is going to do the dirty work, he is strong and a good athlete. He will be a great practice player and provide a spark off them bench even if it is 6-8 mpg, I bet he will play a while, players like him are Darnell Jackson, Matt Barnes ( not now but early career, Barnes has since added a lot to his game) Michael Ruffin, Reggie Evans, yeah, probably wont ever average more than 5 or 6 ppg, but will play a while
