thetruthParticipanton the last play you were deciding offers from the rockets, the spurs and the knicks.
the rockets were offering 40 mill, spurs 45 mill, and the knicks 5 yr 56 mill plus they had just acquire amare. after a coupld days you decided where you wanted to go. another team has enter your sweepstakes the bulls. and the bulls have offer you a four 49 mill deal. and guess what you sign the deal!
now you and your girlfriend eva mendes move to chicago. anyway you just sign a shoe deal with nike. you meet derrick rose who tells you he cant wait to feed you the ball. all the bulls fans are excited as well. you meet the new bulls coach mr. mark jackson. everybody on espn says your gonna have a breakout season. everything seems to be going good until one day you tear your mcl in a pickup game. now the bulls doctors say they would recommend you get surgery but you wolud miss aleast half the season or you could see another doctor or you could just rehab or though you would still be feeling pain and wont be able to play for the next 3 months. so what do you do.0 - Posted on: Thu, 07/23/2009 - 6:00pm #189051

R-Dot-13Participanti dont think their stupid.
I would take the surgery, im still young, and I dont want any more problems that I already have and ruin my career, so I think I would have the surgery.0 - Posted on: Thu, 07/23/2009 - 6:06pm #189055

thetruthParticipantyou would miss half or all of next season. in the end i might do the same thing.

R-Dot-13Participantwell of course i would want to play, but as such a young player I dont want an even bigger injury that could hurt my career.

kong47272Participantsurgery, if you are playing in pain all season you won’t end up having a breakout year. Better to miss half the season and be ready to go at full strength than to risk further damage.

sheltwon3Participantthis has kinda happened before with the bulls when Crawford missed his rookie year or second year because of injury. He bounced back pretty good.
